Gringos locos the milk district location is small but packs a punch with quality and service. Gringos is a sponsor for a major podcast in Orlando and sometimes have stickers or magnets to hand out for fans. Unfortunately they had none at this time but the staff is so friendly they gave out some Gringos stickers for us. We went during lunch time and luckily it was slow at the time so we didn’t have to wait long for some good tacos and burritos. I got the Double Ds, my wife got the mouth hugger burrito and both were fantastic!!!! I finished my tacos of within seconds and my wife loved her burrito. Definitely gonna try the chicken or pork next time after trying a bite of my wife’s burrito. The beef on the tacos were a sweeter taste than a most places seasoned or spicy tacos. Gringos is fair priced and delicious, definitely recommend trying them out if your in the Milk District.

My favorite taco spot! There are so many great things about this place. Delicious tacos, free chips and salsa during happy hour and the best prices! We often go during happy hour which they have $2 tacos and free chips and salsa with a purchase. I don’t usually like hard shelled tacos but these are amazing! The shell is crispy and airy. My favorite taco is the beef double d’s. They are a must try. The beef is like no other ground beef I’ve ever had. I’m pretty sure their “ Secret “is brown sugar but it makes the beef so tasty. The chicken is also good marinaded well. The only downside to this location is there’s no indoor seating, so it’s not a good spot for a rainy day. The seating is also very limited, we’ve ended up eating in our cars before. However, if you are craving a taco (because who doesn’t) there is no better place to go!

This place is good but could use some improvement. Overall the food is tasty, fast, and the price is right. Wide variety of your usual Tex-Mex done well with a number of options (although fewer than some of the other locations, no fish for example). They frequently run out of pretty basic things (like corn tortillas) so the experience an be random. There’s a nice patio in the back which is nice except for when people smoke there or in the parking lot which makes it uncomfortable to eat there with kids (I refuse to allow my kids to be around people spewing smoke). Has a super convenient parking in the back and there’s no seating inside but the back patio can be a convenient place to sit and eat. No liquor or beer license (so “happy hour” is just discounted food) but has a Coke freestyle machine which is pretty cool.

I’ve come to this location SO MANY TIMES over the past 7 or so years since moving to Florida and like everything else, it has certainly changed. First and foremost, the food is delicious and pretty much tastes the same as it always has! For reference, I’m a working musician and this was my go-to spot for a delicious, filling, and cheap meal after a late night gig for years. Not the case anymore!

I went back this past Saturday for the first time in ages and I can’t believe how expensive it’s gotten! I paid a whopping $30 for 3 double D tacos, chips & queso, and a soda. There was hardly any meat on the tacos and the staff was rude/rushing even though there wasn’t a crowd. My order was also slightly wrong and had tomatoes even though I asked for no tomatoes - the order was audibly repeated back to me as well as to the next person in the assembly line. The tomatoes on top were no big deal, we’re only human and little slip-ups happen, all good there. I picked them off and the food was delicious as always. It just blew my mind that I used to go here every weekend, chat with the friendly staff, and get huge delicious meals for cheap. This time I felt like I got half of an incorrect order thrown at me for 4x the price.

I can’t stand complaining and I feel like a grumpy old man reminiscing about the good ol’ days. I really miss Gringos...

A regular customer now Disappointed and let down. The absolute worse experience ever. They made nearly every food item wrong. Did not get two items I ordered and paid for. A $45.+ order and only 1 of the of the 8 items (2 of which were missing) items was made right.. I tried calling to tell them what was wrong and missing with my order twice and nobody answered.. I tried taking it back to the restaurant But the the female 40y.o. +/ - night manager stopped me at the door as I was trying to return the food for correction. They still had 2 hours before closing. I began to tell her about the order and she rudely cut me off. She refused to correct the order and would not give me the food that was missing and told me to come by the next day to have the order looked at.i work in tampa & could not return until the next weekend. I could not believe how she treated me.. I was very polite and did not express my disappointment. And I was quite so. It rook a few days to add a review as I was just going to stop by the next day.. but she was there again.. I have eaten there or carried out from there at least 150 times in the last 7 years. I will miss their food and many if the employees there. Is this female Mgr new? She is a horrible representation for a...

I used to come to gringos all the time for the great tacos and great atmosphere, but this visit made me rethink my plans of coming back. It wasn’t busy at all, only two parties in front of us, but the staff was too busy paying attention to each other that they got my whole order wrong. My husband had three chicken double ds, while I had two chicken double ds with no lettuce and no sour cream. First, we get to the register and the guy can barely focus, not listening to what else we were asking for and after he finally got it right he stood there with our food on the counter by him while he talked to the line guy for like five minutes. We get our order to go and when we get home I open them to see that there was literally like five tiny cubes of tomato and no cheese on mine and both my husband and I (both ordered chicken) get home to discover that we got pork. Gringos pork sucks to begin with let alone having to pair it with a dry shell. Hopefully y’all get it back together because this used to be an...
