It starts at the top with the owner Omar, who goes above and beyond to deliver 150% customer satisfaction. Millenia Auto Body takes that extra step and ultra special care of your car, inside and out before you can even ask whether additional work can be done. It does not hurt that Millenia Auto Body does the majority, if not all of the collision repairs for a Mercedes Benz dealership and is certified to work on many other brands of cars as well. After all, Millenia Auto Body is a "Gold Class Trained Repair Professionals" and factory certified collision center. To be honest, I think of Millenia Auto Body as a "Platinum" rather than "Gold" class when it comes to repairs.

The first time I took my car in to get it repaired, I was very hesitant about getting it back the way it looked like before the accident. However, after seeing my car restored to better than before, I was unequivocally relieved at having left my much beloved car with Omar and his staff. Well, Millenia Auto Body's slogan should be "Perfection or Nothing," because when my car was repaired on numerous occasions, it was immaculate and the results were impeccable. I have worked in the service industry most of my life and I know how important it is to provide complete satisfaction to customers. It is by word of mouth, reassurance and reference from family and friends that helps grow a business. I am writing this review to let you know that you will get nothing but exceptional service from Omar and his crew.
Omar is a man of God and you won't find anyone more compassionate, generous and honest, not to mention kind and trustworthy. I have nothing but good things to say about Millenia Auto Body and if my review can help you decide which body shop to go to, I am honored and grateful. Going to an auto body shop for the first time can be a nerve wracking experience, but as my review states, I assure you that you will leave the body shop with a car that was better than before and feeling completely content.    Read moreThis is the go to place in Orlando if you want to get AlloyGator Wheel Rim Protectors installed. They installed them exactly the way they are supposed to and they look absolutely perfect. Its a shame AlloyGators are so hard to get in the US but I was able to get them shipped from the UK where theyâre made and Millenia Auto Body had no issue installing them for me. I can barely notice theyâre even on since they match so perfect and Iâm very glad the guys here at Millenia Auto Body knew what they were doing. I found this place just researching on the internet and am pleased I did since they were also able to do some custom work I wanted done on my Lexus GS 350. Their prices are extremely fair and the quality of work shows for it. I was looking around for a place to paint the chrome trim on my car in Gloss Black and most places donât ever want to paint on chrome but these guys got it spot on with their multi step process and the final product is professional grade just as youâd expect from a custom body shop and exactly what I wanted. Iâm planning on going back to them to get the rest of the trim done on my car since they also gave me VERY fair and competitive estimate and I was very impressed with their attention to detail from what I originally explained to them when I dropped it off. They accommodated me very well with the Covid pandemic and turn around was timely and on point with my car being ready exactly when they said it would. Iâd personally recommend this place to anyone wanting custom work or even looking for a reliable place to get their car repaired by a shop that pays attention to detail. Be sure to ask for Miguel if you go or call since heâs been super helpful and he gave me tons of advice on the customizations Iâm going for.
Update: They recently as of Sep 2020 just did a conversion on my bumper from a 2015 Lexus GS350 to the 2016+ Lexus GS350 body style and it came out perfect considering the bumper kit was poor quality and required tons of adjusting and aligning but final product...
   Read moreI had an extremely poor experience with this repair shop. They never proactively communicated; I had to initiate all contact to learn about the next steps for my vehicle. The pricing was inconsistent, changing from the initial quote upon arrival to the final amount when I picked up the car, despite no changes in the required repairs. Due to minor disputes over pricing, they retaliated with inflated quotes and adopted an attitude of âyour car is with us; you have no choice but to pay.â This hostile demeanor was evident from the front desk staff to the owner. Not wanting further entanglement, I reluctantly paid the final quoted amount in cash to retrieve my car after a 2 month ordeal. I strongly advise against patronizing this shop; their practices are unethical! If youâve encountered similar unfair treatment, consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as they donât deserve their A+ rating.
