Rage Room Orlando — Attraction in Orlando

I love the concept. Booking online is easy. All packages are listed honestly so you should know what to expect if you aren't bringing your own stuff. This place needs a lot of work to earn better ratings. While it was fun, I wasn't very impressed. Customer service lacks. They actually do NOT give you a grace period. We were actually on time. We chose the wreck it room package. 2 adults. The room is too small to actually accommodate 2 adults. They have curtains, not doors, so you don't have a legitimate closed off area that is safe to prevent anything from exiting your room. Also, this establishment being what it is, I expect it to be roughed up and a little dirty....but,this place was gross. There's a difference between roughed up, and just plain filthy. You can tell they clean nothing. What's worse is, they overcharge and don't actually provide you with any real things to smash with. We only had 2 very broken child size bats that felt and looked like they were made of plastic. They weren't even complete bats, the whole top part of both bats were missing. We also had 2 long crowbars that were extremely heavy and made breaking difficult. So while it was fun, it could've been a lot more fun if they actually replenished their assorted tools once someone busts it so everyone else who rolls through gets to enjoy the full experience. That's not all though....our session was cut short by 10-15 minutes. They weren't even busy, so I'm not sure why we were so rushed. So basically, it was a waste of 122 dollars. If you want to go here bring your own gear (helmet, coveralls, breakables and tools) Or, just go elsewhere. There is another place nearby that does this and it's cleaner and well kept. Please do better. I work hard for my money, it's pretty crumby when I want to have fun and I feel like...

Huge disappointment for the money I spent. What a joke!!!! Zero electronics, nothing but about 25 pieces of old dishes. Part was set up on an old pallet on top of some tires. First swing to smash the pallet flipped off the tire and broke half of the dishes they brought out. Poorly set up. I paid for the birthday party for two. Nothing was brought out and had to ask for the"included " drinks. A staff member arrived minutes later with a small tray of mini cupcakes. Worst of all NO AC!!!!! Get it together guys. This could be so much more. But I don't think the staff or the owner get it or how to make it fun.

This should have been a New Years room!!! Because you guys truly dropped the ball on this one.

Do not recommend not even for half of what I paid.

Clearly the bad reviews don't receive a response. Nothing seems to have been done to resolve any issues here.

Poor excuse by supplying more glass. Took 5 minutes to go through the glass provided. Drinks and dessert supplied was a second thought and we sat and waited in the lobby for one of the staff to arrive with a 6 pack of mini cupcakes from Publix. And just nonchalantly handed them to her. Too much money spent for a poor experience. Some sort of refund should have been provided. Owners response was just as bad about our time...

This place is a complete rip off and waste of money! I went here with a bunch of my friends, having paid over $500 for a corporate one since we had 14 people in the group. Upon arrival, it took over 30 mins to get waivers done. Once done, we were told that there weren’t enough coverall, although I had spoken to them about it a week back. Upon inquiry we were told that the manager had taken it back home and there absolutely no other explanation provided. The overalls which were there, were filthy beyond our imagination and all of our friends refused to put it on. They also did not have enough helmets and the explanation we were provided the same explanation that the manager took some home. Coming to the actual rage room, was a small dingy affair, we were done in about 10 mins for a session that was supposed to help for an hour. This is because the room was tiny and they didn’t have enough stuff for 4 people let alone 14. This place is a sham, run by unprofessional people all around. I like giving reviews and generally positive ones, but for Rage Room Orlando, I have absolutely nothing good to say. An extremely bad experience through and through, no photos to add for the 10 mins that we were there smashing 5 plates and 2 cups. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT...
