DO NOT SHOP HERE – HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I had a terrible experience with this store and their customer service, and I strongly advise against buying from them. I purchased a Delta oil cartridge, just like I have many times before from other stores. I used it once, and it worked fine. However, the next day, I woke up to find that the glass had cracked on its own while sitting on my couch. Not only did this make the product completely unusable, but the oil leaked all over my couch, ruining it and leaving a strong odor that won’t go away.

Today, February 5th, at approximately 8:50 PM, I went back to the store to explain what happened and see if anything could be done. Instead of being treated with respect, I was mocked in front of other customers by an employee who introduced himself as JJ (though I am unsure if this is his real name). He repeatedly implied that I was lying, insisting that it was “impossible” for the glass to crack on its own. I was not looking for a fight—I simply wanted an explanation or at least some acknowledgment of the issue, but instead, I was met with complete dismissiveness and disrespect.

I even have photos proving that the cartridge cracked on its own. My home is carpeted, and I never dropped it. I used it once, placed it on my couch, and the next morning, it was shattered. I lost my money, my couch was damaged, and the store refused to take any responsibility.

This is not just about the money—this is about dangerous product defects and an absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers. Avoid this store at all costs. They do not stand behind their products and will treat you with zero respect if you ever have an issue and I lost $40 and...

I have been a customer at this shop for about a year. I bought my hookah here and I go on a weekly basis to buy. I always had great customer service. Yesterday I met the new “replacement “ for the guy that always helped me. I asked for what I usually get and left. When I get home I realized he gave me the wrong item. So I go back today to exchange it and he said remembers me from last night but he cant help me. I told him that he gave me the wrong product and he admit to making a mistake but said he couldn’t fix it. We are literally talking about a $3 product that could be easily exchanged. Please don’t waste your time or money at this shop. The new staff is terrible and won’t fix a mistake they admitted was there fault. There is a much better shop in the same plaza right next to the cold stone only a few doors down....

So I came in here today, just wanting to find some cleaning solution for my pipes. I came in there to just stop and shop, yet I left with a smile and more! Not only were they doing a promotion of bogo hand pipes, but one of the pipes I had selected apparently had a problem that I had not noticed as a customer. Rather than just letting me walk out with a busted product just to keep my cash, the manager had shown me the problem and let me pick another pipe in replacement. I felt like a guest, not just another customer. They were patient with me while I chose from the amazing selection of glass pipes they had, and I had a smile the entire time.
