If you are in the Metro West area in Orlando Florida,beware of this Chinese Restaurant and this women behind the cash register.Yesterday I went into the restaurant and after looking through the menu I decided to order a qt.of shrimp fried rice and 4 chicken wings.The rice was listed at $7.75 and the wings at $6.00 plus tax which is 6%, which would have brought my total bill to $14.58.Look at my recipt and you see that she charged me an even $15.00 and the taxes are missing on the receipt.I tell this lady that she has over charged me and she owes me $0.42,she tells me with a big smile that the taxes in Florida are 7% (which is a lie) and then she tells me that the register add the price with the tax and its different because they haven't changed it on the menu yet...really?So I tell her that she is lying and she owes me my correct change so she puts a quarter on the counter😂 I inform her that she owes me $0.42, she than adds $0.15 to the quarter and again I tell her that she still owes me $0.02.She reaches into the register and hands me $0.08 in pennies.I take only the two owed to me and I give her $0.06 back but not before I asked her how many people a day does she illegally charge 0.9% sales tax.Yup 9%!😱 Now some may think that its only $0.42 but let's do the math. If she overcharges 20 customers a day $0.42 that totals $8.40 a day, $58.80 a week, $235.20 a month, $2,822.40 a year.It definitely adds up in the long run. They are located in a prominently black and latino neighborhood and she is exploiting the hell out of the community with her illegal and unethical busisness behavior by silently stealing our monies and taken the term "taxing"to an all time low.My advice to anyone patronizing this store "DON'T but if you do make sure you do the math and make sure that she is not overcharging you with a illegal 9% take and the food was nasty. Never again will I patronize this or any other Chinese restaurant; they don't appreciate our business.

If it's not black owned they can't have my money.The Jamaicans spot has much better food anyway.Should have went with my first choice.😒

I have read all the negative reviews...and I believe them...but,I know the place for many years,and I never had a bad experience,but have had maybe once a dispute with the counter lady,I had ordered something and just after that I had changed my mind about the rice(wanted white rice instead)and she rudely said that it was already made for me,but I insisted I wanted WHITE RICE!and after her brother came he said okay...he's a really nice person,but maybe the language barrier poses a little bit of a challenge?maybe they come across as rude and unprofessional...I think that a little training will make things much,much better...as far as the food is concerned...it is the best take out in Orlando...even if you say it's your typical Chinese take out,well,it is fast and well cooked!I have never had otherwise...hope the manager sees this and considers just training the front order ppl a little better(note that they have had other work the front with perfect English!and very efficient!)of course they moved to a different phase in their lives,but the lady working there now may seen that she can get overwhelmed by the phone orders,busy when too many walk ins!and she's with out help...so,folks consider these things also...but,those that spoke about the food and the prices...well,everything goes up in life,even your take out,and those that just didn't like the food...well,there's nothing to be done there about that...take care everyone...

I called at 2:55pm to place a Lunch special order since the lunch special ends at 3pm. I have been coming here for 3 years and it’s always been from 11am-3pm. She told me that they suddenly changed it to 2:50pm when on the website it says 3pm. I explained to the lady that even though she is saying it’s done at 2:50pm I have never seen nor heard that before today. She refused to charge me as a lunch special and said she only does walk in as a lunch special which is a lie because i’ve called many time over the phone. I don’t understand how i’m a regular and i know the times and prices yet im being refused service due to the fact that their website was incorrect and she’s lied to my face telling me she changed it when it hasn’t been changed. I’ve never been this upset about a restaurant till now this hasn’t been the first time they have messed up or have been this rude towards me. The customer service is the problem with this restaurant and Im for one not coming back anymore. She also took the egg roll out the bag that they made me at 3:00 without gloves and added it back to the fryer to reuse it for someone else. I work in a restaurant and I understand the struggles but this was the most ridiculous thing i’ve dealt with this week she’s so rude and shouldn’t be working...
