So so very dissapointed. Ive been to this starbucks twice and dissapointed both times. Today, Asked for light ice kindly, twice. Cup was filled to the brim with ice. Ordered a wrap i always order! Dont know what exactly happened but it was so so so nasty. So so very mushy and completely ripped in half in the bag.. after about four bites of the wrap i ended up sick. Ive worked at starbucks before so i knew something was off. I called them asking to speak with a manager. I ended up talking to the shift leader and explained to her that the sandwich had not been cooked properly and i just wanted her to be aware. She began to tell me me that shes sorry theres nothing she can do they cook every sandwich the same way and began to tell me how the sandwich was cooked. Not only was she very unprofessional, she was extremely rude and made it very obvious she did not care. I explaimed that i had worked for starbucks before and i knew the process of cooking the wrap. I told her i just wanted her to be aware that the food was not being cooked correctly to avoid others becoming sick. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do. I was not asking for a refund. I was simply notifying her of the issue. It was clear the sandwich was not cooked properly. The music can be too long. I think the worker here are pretty rude her at this location. I went to order at the register and the girl lex was about to cleaning just say what do you want? Like she was annoyed. Yesterday again i came with my friend and we got hungry and ordered food from next door and came back and also ordered online one of the girls came up to us saying are we going to order because I think she was going to ask us to leave because we ordered from next door but I ordered online and waiting for my drinks which they didn’t even make yet. I was uncomfortable because I honestly wouldn’t come to Starbucks if I didn’t plan on ordering something. My friend and I come here all the time after class we order here before we study for a bit. Read moreI always come to this Starbucks and usually they treat me fine but today they treated us so badly I don't know if it's the day and time we went around 10:47 am today. The girl who took our order kept rushing us even though nobody was behind us on the drive through. I always get butter croissants for my children not warmed and they always give it in a brown bag at room temperature. This time I got the items ver cold in a plastic bag and the things I asked for them to put warm also cold in a plastic bag. Never once did the lady that was rushing us tell us the price and when we went to the front and asked for something else because we were rushed the guy rolled his eyes at us. I will never go back to this Starbucks again. And if it wasn't because before it was regular service and not this bad I would give it 1 star.
