Food: whatever size you think you want, size down. I realized half way through my medium waffle bowl that a small would have been better. Cheesecake ice cream: great 👍🏽 The waffle bowl was a bit tough to break, probably good for waffle cone purposes so it won’t get soggy and allow melted ice cream to pour out.

Service: I came an hour and 30 mins before they closed. I wish I would have came earlier. The service would have probably been better. There were three people in front of me, no one behind me. The staff seemed to be in a rush. Maybe to start closing tasks. I wish they had a menu for the toppings. They are laid out at next to the cashier and it’s hard to see with others in line, so if you haven’t been there before (like I) it’s really awkward when the server asks you for your choices and you have no idea. By the time I could actually see the topping choices, the server passed the bowl onto the cashier. I saw they were in a rush so I just left it as is instead of asking to add things. I had planned to eat the bowl inside (didn’t take long to eat) but my mind quickly changed. They started sweeping and stacking the chairs (they didn’t close for another hour). They even pulled the chairs from the table I was sitting at and stacked them. So, I got up and added my chair to the stack before leaving.

Service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. I thought an hour and a half would be far enough from closing...

I purchased a cake at STORE (#263) 2312 S KIRKMAN ROAD IN ORLANDO FLORIDA 32811. It was for my daughter's birthday party, I live in Windermere which is about an eight-nine miles drive to my home. When I got home kids were there play and eating so I took the cake out the bag and was about to place candles on it but it was soft, I look up to see some of the children watching including my daughter, who was very devastated and embarrassed. I cover it up and stuck it in the freezer and call the store the young lady who answered told me to bring it back to the store, I told her I cannot leave the party its in progress, but I will return it after work on Monday. I save the day by making cupcakes which was enjoyed by most. When I returned it on Monday they told me I should of brought it back the same day not after couple days. I told them a party was in progress I could not of leave my daughter's party a second time after seeing that they were all disappointed about the melted cake. She called her boss who came out and told me that there is NOTHING...

I was craving an old time favorite cold stone creation that is no longer listed on the menu, “That’s How I Roll” , but was able to recreate it with a build your own. I realized after placing the order that I somehow forgot an ingredient. When I called and asked the team if it would be possible to add the add on that I forgot, without hesitation or making me feel like it was a problem, Isa and her team were so kind, pleasant, and had a great attitude and were eager to go the extra mile for me!
