The water park, what a disaster. I understand that rules are put in place for a reason, again if you're serving food inside the park why are you not allowing coffee from your hotel room to be brought into the park? I was told that they didn't know what I put into my cup. Sounds fair enough, if the concern is that you think I put alcohol in it, then that's ridiculous because you are serving alcohol inside the waterpark!!

Suggestions: Do not forget to have all of your people wear their wristbands at all times. They will make you return to your room and retrieve your wristband even if you're clearly not utilizing the water activities. Do not try to bring a water bottle into the Waterpark, they will make you set it on the table outside the entrance. (Which allows for some punk kid or whomever to add something to my drink while it's being unattended by me) Your wristbands are good until 2 pm the day you check out, although you need to be out of your room before 11 am check-out time. All the people running the Waterpark are under...

This is a DO NOT GO warning: I would give this negative stars if I could. It would just be best for the literally any health or safety organization to shut this down. The entire place is disgusting. The waterpark was covered in mold, no clean facilities to be found. The floors had pools of dirty water which the incompetent staff would just squeegie back into the pool. The bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper or soap…(think about the pool water 🤮) I did not once see any staff member cleaning any thing and we were in the water park for 4 hours. The staff were unfriendly and in over their heads. For sure not enough lifeguards for the amount of ppl present. The entire experience felt like swimming in a sewage pit. In the hotel rooms: there was no hot water, no toilet paper, and hardly any clean towels. When asked: the staff said; oh yea we will have to “try and find some”. We were gifted this experience and we paid too...

This place was amazing from check in to check out. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, the lifeguards were all really on top of things and nice. The rooms were clean and updated. They gave us a coupon for a free large pizza and soda pitcher for the waterpark. All in all a great experience. The water park wasn’t overly packed even on a holiday weekend, and I feel wasn’t overstimulating or overwhelming to be at. You could see where your kids are from almost all vantage points, but still big enough to have fun for many hours. The waterpark is consistently about 3ft to touch all around, they do have a deeper part that’s a little over 4ft. A nice lazy river, big hot tub, basketball, a whirlpool, and a great splash pad/slide for littler kiddos. The concession foods were pretty good, and plenty of...

We always have a great time when we stay here, which is about 2x a year for a "stay-cation." The snack bar has food & drinks (including "adult beverages"), the employees are always really nice and accommodating. The lobby has complimentary coffee and water. They have a full restaurant with a breakfast buffet - adults are $13.50 and kids are $6.50 I believe (as of our stay this past weekend) there are other poor reviews on here but don't let those people get to you. I've never seen mold here. Yeah the pools are older and might have some staining but ... They're not brand new. Go, enjoy yourself and ignore the Karens. ❤️

We’ve gone here twice and we enjoy the water part and hotel. My boys are 9 and 11 and it’s a perfect size to spend a weekend. They have great pizza for a good price that you can order in the waterpark and charge everything to your room so you don’t have to worry about bringing a wallet. The game room is fun for the kids and pool tables in the lobby. All around kid friendly! The breakfast is suitable for kids, but not my style. I go elsewhere to get better quality food. The staff were friendly and I appreciated that the lifeguards were attentive. A good little hotel for a mini get away with kids.
