The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had some misinformation on my own behalf that was kindly addressed to me. Andy called me from Europe while on vacation with his family to make sure I was happy and satisfied. He ended up doing more than I expected and I’m grateful for that. The rings are beautiful

-Edit: I had originally changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because Andy had generously credited me $220 in store credit for the misinformation. However, when I returned to the store to use my credit to buy a watch, he lowered the promised credit to $200 and also up charged me for the watch. The watch was marked with the price at $350 for the used watch when Citizen sells the exact same watch brand new for $315 and he was very quick and insistent on taking the price tag off for me as it came out of the display case. He then worked up the order for $395. Not only did he go back on his word to me about the store credit he then tacked on an extra $45 thinking I wouldn't notice. I felt obligated to come back and change my review since he changed his promise and price which seems a little disheartening considering I was really starting to like the guy. I'm considering only taking my wife's ring in for the required cleanings. Also, I feel like I overpaid on my wedding band by $800 or more. After a lot of research online and talking to my friends I walked into Karats and was greeted promptly by the staff. They made me comfortable by offering a glass of wine and fresh baked cookies. Truly first impressions are last and I was off to a great start. I met and worked with Andy who personally helped me through their huge store and selection in helping me find a gorgeous necklace and earrings that I could enjoy every day. He listened, was attentive and with no pressure found the best set that I would like irrespective of the price.
