The Wedding Barn is nothing short of perfect! 10 stars if we could. We got married under a beautiful oak tree on 4/12/24 and could not have asked for a better day.

I have so many amazing things to say. First, and most important, the people. Natalie and David are the best people to work with, they are there every step of the way and their communication is amazing! For a type A bride like myself I was so thankful that they never got annoyed with my thousands of questions and instead found a way to accommodate everything that I requested!

The Bridal Suite, I had myself, 9 bridesmaids, my Mother and my Mother in Law all getting ready at the same time in there with hair and makeup people and there was ample space! It is a great open concept setup that made the getting ready process go smoothly. There was a provided clothing rack that we all got to hang our dresses on and a special hook to hang my dress on.

The Ceremony, all of the major things needed are included in the venue price like the arch, the aisle and the ceremony chairs which helps save a ton of money! They have a stunning grand entrance for the bride through barn doors that is just magical. The best part is the stunning oak tree that is the center piece of the whole ceremony area. It was so special seeing all our friends and family for the first time that day in this area.

The Reception, I could not have asked for anything better! I always dreamed of getting married at a rustic barn venue and this was exactly that. They have an amazing staircase for the couple's grand entrance and you even get to sign the back of the barn wall with your anniversary date that only the other couples will see! They have ample decor provided free of charge like table centerpieces and linens & all of the reception table and chairs are included as well, which again saved us a ton on money! They also have an amazing dance floor and full bar area that both us and our guests used to the full extent lol.

I had the pleasure of attending several events at The Wedding Barn in Oviedo, FL, and I cannot say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I felt like part of the family. The venue is owned and operated by a wonderful family who has lived in the area for four generations, and their warmth and hospitality shine through in every aspect of the venue.

Natalie, the Venue Owner/Manager, is an absolute gem to work with. Her attention to detail is impeccable, which isn’t surprising given her engineering background. She is passionate about making each event perfect and goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is just right. Knowing that she built this venue out of a dream to create a social hub for her hometown makes it even more special.

The venue itself is stunning—a brand-new barn built in 2023, with exposed wood and a custom bar that added rustic elegance to our celebration. The space is incredibly versatile, comfortably accommodating our 200 guests with room for a live band, DJ, and spacious dance floor. Whether your event is indoors or enjoying the outdoor cocktail patio, the ambiance is perfect.

One standout feature is the full-service catering kitchen, which allows you to fully customize your event experience. Caterers will be thrilled with the facilities.

The sound and acoustics were top-notch, making it ideal for both our live band and the heartfelt speeches that echoed beautifully throughout the space. The venue is also well-lit during the day and creates a magical atmosphere in the evening.

Everything was spotless—the grounds, kitchen, restrooms, and dressing suites were all impeccably maintained, clearly reflecting the team’s pride in keeping the venue in pristine condition.

Finally, the location is convenient, with ample parking that made it easy for all our guests to arrive without hassle.

The Wedding Barn located in the very heart of Oviedo is one of the most exceptional all-in-one locations for a party or special event! From start to finish, David and Natalie at The Wedding Barn have made planning my company's annual party a pleasure. The Wedding Barn is absolutely stunning inside and out with it's big entry way barn doors, spacious hall, vaulted ceiling, wood beams throughout with a gorgeous two-sided staircase to use for picture posing. The space is open and airy! The round tables are perfect for conversation and the "farm-style" chairs are delightful. The building's rooster statue and the gorgeous stain glass windows all add to the farm-house chic ambiance. The bride and groom suites and the generous outdoor patio are lovely. There are many conveniences provided such as an exquisite bar in the main room where I placed appetizers and later their large coffee makers. They have 3 beverage carts on wheels that are easily moved anywhere. There is a storage room with large fridges and an ice-maker that made keeping supplies handy and out of site. The dance floor sectionals were available to us although we opted not to use them. Besides the gorgeous facilities, communication was easy with David and Natalie. They were super helpful, friendly and patient, offering suggestions as we planned the layout for our guests and our catering. Parking is also plentiful. The Wedding Barn is going to be my company's go-to for it's big annual event and I will recommend this amazing location at every opportunity! Thank you David and Natalie!
