On Time Fashions — Attraction in Oxford

We were looking for a particular blazer. A Google search and several phone calls later, No luck. On my way back from Atlanta a couple of weeks ago, I thought, I'm going to stop in On Time Fashions. I hadn't been there in 8 or 9 years but my parents (Pastor Julius & Mother Marilyn Cook) always shopped there for my Daddy's suits. As a matter of fact, I would tease Mommy because I just knew Ahmad(sp) hated to see her coming because she wanted what she wanted and was very particular. And there was never a time that he didn't come through!! On Time Fashions was their clothing store of choice for any special occasion from their appreciation services to our weddings. So, I go into the store and Samuel asked how could he help. I started off by saying, "I know this is a loooong shot but....." and I showed him a picture of the blazer. He said he was good with taking long shots. It was a Saturday, so, he told me that he would do some checking and get back with early the following week. The next week, he called with the details, I was able to order it over the phone. About two weeks later, he called to tell me that the blazer was in and available for pickup. Samuel - I appreciate your effort and dedication to amazing customer service!! You were CLUTCH!! I had my heart set on this blazer for the wedding and you made it happen!! On Time Fashions was wonderful to work with for making the groom’s side of the wedding party look great! The prices for purchasing the suits were very reasonable and was cheaper than renting suits would have been. My husband and I went in and worked with Samuel to figure out what he wanted to wear for the groom’s suit and then also picked out what would be complementary for the wedding party to wear. Once we had the suits and shirts picked out, Samuel wrote down the list of names of who would need to come in and recorded it in our file. Every member in the party was able to come in individually to be measured at the time that best worked for them and once everyone had done that, Samuel was able to place our order. The suits came in quickly and we were also able to have some minor alterations done to them in time for our event. Everyone was able to pick up the suits at individual times too, which was extremely convenient as it is hard to coordinate a lot of different schedules. Everyone looked great and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! We were also very impressed after our first time ever going to On Time Fashions, Samuel remembered us by name each time we came in for a follow up.
