Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Oxford

Me, my husband and 4 children went into the store for ice cream. Ordered our ice cream no problems went and checked out and was told our total was $37.20 both thought ok there is a reason we don’t go out for ice cream that often apparently ice cream has got expensive. 3 kids single 1 single scoop dipped waffle cone small milk shake and a large milkshake is expensive for almost $40. Sat and ate our ice cream and he looks at the receipt to realize we had been charged $10 for a gift card that we never received nor did we request it. The gentleman that checked us out was young and didn’t get his name as no one had name tags on. After we finished our ice cream went to the counter and requested a refund from the cashier said no problem and called the manager over for help. Note it was not the original cashier. The manager was confused as it wouldn’t let her refund a gift card. She did make comments that offended me like that I did not appreciate. She asked me if I had the gift card which I did not because we didn’t request one. And then looked more confused as if I was lying and eluded...

If I could give 0 stars, I would..... We walked in and were barely acknowledged. When our order was finally taken, the employee started talking to another employee while I was asking a question. Then once she finally took one part of our order, the employee piddled around and joked with the other employees. When she finally made the shake, it was more like flavored milk. The employee was also touching her hair with her gloves on and another employee was touching the wall and his head while wearing gloves. The whole point of wearing gloves is for sanitary purposes. The employees were disrespectful the entire time. The bathroom was the only good and clean thing the place. We will not be back...

Most disrespectful staff I've ever seen in a restaurant / fast food spot. Was not even acknowledged when we walked in, waited for 15 minutes for someone to come even ask us about what we wanted to order. Daughter got a milkshake that was ice cream flavored milk, wife got a scoop of ice cream that was decent but it took her 20 minutes to even order it. The restroom was somewhat clean, but I think they could do more for the environment than not using paper towels, and allow you to pick if you want to use paper...
