Ok, here is my final review of Creative Cell. First off, I went to their store about 2 months ago from writing this review to get my Samsung Note 5 Rear Camera replaced due to accidentaly cracking it, last year. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. Lots of accessories to offer. Anyways, I told them about my problem. They ordered the replacment for a fairly cheap price. I was told to wait at least a week for it to arrive. I went back after almost a week and they repaired it. Tested the camera and the picture turned out great. So, I left the store without fully inspecting my phone. (How dumb of me). A week or two surpassed and i've started to notice that my screen started to tear. (I think it was adhesive). Wrote my first review about the screen tear. The owner, Cesar, was kind to respond to my review. After exchanging words, he offered to replace my screen and camera (First replacement of the camera was great). I was like 'ok, that's fine'. Took about two weeks for my replacements to come in. I went back to their store had it replaced. Now my Note 5 looks brand new. I'll provide pictures of the screen tear and the new screen. I would give it 5 stars since it was the best deal I found in Oxnard & the younger guy helping me first was very nice, service was done fast & he even tried hooking me up with a tempered mirrored screen front & back ($20) for the price of a regular tempered glass screen ($10) BUT unfortunately I had to go back due to glitches while I was texting. I went in & another guy in the back "fixed" it & as soon as I got in my car I had to go back in because it wasn't fixed. He couldn't figure out the issue until I pointed out something I noticed right away... that the screen they use isn't as thick as the original iPhone 6s screens & that maybe the tempered mirrored glass was too heavy. He took it off & there was the issue no more glitches. He replaced it with a regular tempered glass screen & I have no problems with it so far. I guess you get what you pay for but it doesn't change the fact that I dislike that they sell something that their customers can't use after their service, I had to wait more time for my phone, I figured out the issue myself & he didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. They give a 30 day warranty let's hope I don't have to go...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 that had a broken screen and LCD, charging port and camera glass broken. I called around town to almost every place and Creative Cell repair had the best prices around. I went in and Ceaser help me out right away with knowledge and great customer service. He did not try and upsell me with anything extra products i did not need and that was great as most places do this. Cesar told me 30 mins and was exactly that and possibly shorter. I was very happy with how the screen looked and felt. I got home and my front facing camera was still cracked. I called Ceser back and told him the issue. He was very courteous and told me to come back in and he will fix it for no charge. This place is awesome and definitely will be coming back to fix any phones in the future and most DEFINATELY recommend this business to any and everyone for phone repairs or products.
