We had unexpected issues with our chainsaw as we approached Labor Day weekend. Our attitude was deflated as we anticipated we would be unable to remedy our poorly timed problem. We were incredibly wrong, and we discovered a business that we will support above all others.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew something was different. This ACE is not like many we have visited. It is tidy, clean, bright, welcoming…and that is all before you speak with the team. We had the good fortune of meeting James immediately after we arrived and he took care of more than we expected. During the next couple of days, we made repeat visits (driving one-hour, roundtrip) and we were helped by James' mother and father. What a terrific team, and they are dedicated (based on their own poor customer service experiences) on making a difference.

These guys are pretty awesome. I took a chain saw blade there to get it sharpened and purchased a couple of new ones while there. When the one blade was done I was getting ready to go pick it up and found out they're a UPS drop off point. We "cut the cable" recently and got rid of Dish Network and were returning their equipment by UPS so I decided to drop the two boxes off with the guys at Brickstone. After I left they called me and it turns out Dish had sent two identical labels for the two different boxes so they couldn't be processed. I had the fear of being on the phone with Dish all day trying to work out a solution when one of the Brickstone guys called back and said "why don't you just tape the two boxes together and send them as one package?" I told him I'd buy the tape if they could put the two boxes together so I paid for the tape over the phone with my credit card and they wrapped both boxes together so they could ship and we were done. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore so I'm going to try to send them more business. Great group...

Manager on duty, AJ, was a tremendous help during my time of panic on July 9, 2018. AJ saved the day by listening to my missing parts problem that was directed to an equipment/parts issue regarding an outdoor pool maintenance dilemma. He searched high low and delivered a brilliant (outside the box) plan that is working very well. AJ did a great job providing me with insight about his own personal knowledge in servicing swimming pools back when him and his brother lived with their parents. AJ communicated a level of understanding that gave me peace of mind. This store and their crew always goes above and beyond the sale of duty. Ace hardware in Ozark, Mo continues to deliver all the needs for my home. Their service is second to none and their price is always fair.
