Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Pacifica

Came here and grabbed a pair of sunglasses and was waiting in the checkout line. I was next in line when someone came up behind me and put their hands on me to move me out the way "saying excuse me". This guy literally grabbed my shoulder and waist to physically move me out of the line so he could pass. I'm in the CHECKOUT line, it was a employee rushing to clock in at the front registers. One of the better stocked Ross stores. Of course most of the time its a hit and miss on findng what youre looking for, this store ive had the best luck. Mens pants , kitcheneare, clothes for the girlfriend - all plentiful. Shoes seem to keep a fair amount , although the womens shoes lack popular sizes. ( girlfriend is a 7 - 71/2.). Pacifica Ross, you need help with the cashiers. You were losing a lot money. Customers was leaving, 2 cashiers that seemingly was new to the position. The big guy working security had it together. He was trying to help the girls out the best he could. He called for the Asst manager. She came up. To help the line, she asked if we were paying by card to come up....thats when it got a lot of customers mad...walking out. Sorry, but I love Pacifica. I'll keep stopping by...
