Walgreens — Attraction in Palestine

One star is too many !!!I’ve been doing business at Wallgreens since Wallgreens became Wallgreens but my experience at this Palestine Wallgreens has been all but favorable the pharmacy employees are rude and every time I go to pick up prescription no matter how many hours after I leave my doctors office they tell me they just got the prescription and it will be ready in four hours if I return they sometimes repeat the same lie. Ever since they got this new pharmacist the whole atmosphere at the pharmacy has changed I will be going to CVS from now on to fill my prescriptions I am so disappointed I got to the pharmacy early one day and could hear the employees talking behind their metal shade that closes the prescription section off to the store, one of the employees mentioned how many customers were waiting outside the window and he said they can just wait if they have a problem they can speak to him and that he didn’t care I couldn’t believe what I was hearing with so many people out of work right now it’s so sad that employers keep...

Such an inconvenient waste of time. Had to have a prescription sent to Palestine Walgreens because they were the only place in town that had it in stock that was in network with my insurance... Well once it was moved over to them I found out this pharmacy is only open Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm. No weekend availability at all. The issue I face is I work Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30 pm. In the past 2 weeks since the prescription was sent to them I have called... every... single... day wasting my 30 min lunch on trying to call these people to send the prescription elsewhere to get no where because they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, and the ONE TIME they did they disconnected the line. Come to find out, their "lunch break" falls at the EXACT SAME TIME MINE DOES! SO ridiculous. The place I want the script to go has ALSO tried to call and they never answer for them too. Its a good thing this medication isnt like a life saving medications... its only a rescue inhaler for...

Personally, I don't feel this one star is deserved. The girl working the drive thru window, Tara, has a serious attitude problem! I received the text that my prescriptions we're ready for pickup at 11 am. I came to town at 2 pm for pick up, and she told me it would be 30-45 mins. I politely said ok, and went to run a few errands. 20 mins later I received another text they were ready for pick up. I go through the line, and she tell me " I told you another 30-45 mins, not 20"... I tell her I received ANOTHER text that they were ready, she informed me no they are not. 10 mins later I get the text again, I go through the line, put my phone to the glass showing her I got ANOTHER text for pick up, she rudely says, " yeah, because I just went and did it for you!" As she's rolling her eyes at me. Not professional at all, extremely rude, and completely unnecessary. If you're going to have people like this working the window, you're going to lose quite a bit...
