This is a very new location, so we've been cutting them some slack. Well, frankly, I'm DONE with that! I have a sensitive pallette. I order my decaf (I cannot have regular coffee due to medical reasons.) Cappuccino with only 1 shot with a specific number of pumps of classic simple syrup. Not a difficult order by any stretch of the imagination. The last 3 times they have messed it up and put 2 shots in it. It was too bitter...too disgusting to drink. I'm tired of wasting my money! I said something yesterday about how they keep messing up my order. They couldn't have cared less. The Cappuccino and the pink drinks are the only drinks I order for myself. It doesn't matter the time of day, 9 out of 10 times they do not even have the ingredients to make pink drinks! It's so frustrating to sit in line for 20 minutes only to find out you can't get what you came for! If management can't make sure their employees have the ingredients necessary to do their jobs, then maybe they aren't cut out for management. Other Starbucks we frequent will occasionally run out of something (usually seasonal items), but they generally have what they need to do daily operations. This store can't even keep basic things like cups and straws in stock, much less drink ingredients....
Read morePull up in the drive-thru at 7 in the morning in a Wednesday. Order a blond roast in a recyclable cup and a bacon Gouda sandwich. Said they don’t know what I’m talking about, a recyclable cup? Once I describe it to them, they said they didn’t have any and even if they did, they wouldn’t serve me coffee in it because they’re not going to wash the cup. Since when would you not wash a cup that you sold me? I get to the window and they tell me they don’t have blond roast brewed… it’s 7 in the morning?! I thought that was one of their main things. Not everyone likes dark roast. So they ask if I want to wait for it to brew, or get pikes or dark roast… if I wanted a dark roast I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have ordered a BLONDE roast… so I said just give me a Pikes roast, I guess. They already must have assumed this as they already had it poured and gave it to me immediately. I was kind of stunned and said ok and drove away. Immediately realized, I didn’t get any cream sugar sweetener or anything… expensive utterly terrible black coffee that I couldn’t even drink and didn’t want to turn around and go get any. We didn't realize we only have 100s so the woman at the window refused to take the 100. There were no signs stating they couldn't take it. They also didn't have the drinks ready after 20 minutes after we ordered and we only ordered 2 drinks but they had many other drinks already qued up for the orders behind us. Starbucks has been going down hill over the last 2 years. I used to go every day but I have reduced my visits to once every few months but now after the employee and the manager talking and laughing about us then talking to that same manager just to be proven right that she is just making excuses for their terrible customer service I'm done.
