Went in on Sunday, Father's Day. Place was about half full. I counted at least 7 people in the back and 1 at the counter. We ordered our chicken and blizzards at 5:44pm. Within a few moments our food was handed to us. I inquired about the blizzards and got a shrugged shoulder. The young man then left the counter, even though there were 2 other couples waiting in line. He just disappeared. All I could hear from the back was laughing and goofing around. Another couple of minutes and the young man came back and took their orders. I inquired again as to the status of our blizzards. Another shrug. I went to the treats area and inquired. The guy said they were already made, so says his computer screen. I assured him they were not, so reluctantly, he made them for us. I had paid for extra toppings, but when we got to the motel to eat, we discovered there was just the regular amount in there. Very disappointed, to say the least. Nearly $35 for cold chicken and inadequate blizzards. Blizzards were handed to us at 5:59pm. Pathetic...
Read moreWorst place to go in town. Ordered kids chicken strip meal. Didn’t even put the chicken strips in here. Then ordered a HOT triple chocolate brownie. The brownie came out cold. When I went back I was told by the manager that they did not have the machine for the brownie anymore and could not even make it warm. If you do not have what is needed to make a menu on the item then it needs to be taken off. If I wanted something cold then I would have ordered regular ice cream. Then we were not even provided with a solution or an alternative and were given this “it is what you get attitude.” I don’t believe the customer is always right, but we should have been told upfront about the machine and when we came back, a solution should have been presented. This is not the first time there has been multiple issues with this location. I have given numerous opportunities but this restaurant is just awful and a needs to be under new management team. Read moreVery slow service at the window tonight and then not just that I asked for napkins they said they was out how can you be out of napkins when you supposed to keep your store stocked with things you need and all I ordered was a dipped cone and a shake without the cool whip on top of it but they didn’t listen and instead of getting our stuff right away they was talking to someone like it look like visiting instead of serving customers I’m very disappointed in the service it was the assistant manager holding up the lane of traffic very disappointing if you need talk to an employee do that when you ain’t so busy that is common sense not when you are busy someone from corporate office need come see how they run the store and make some adjustments...
