Iām so tired of getting scammed by dispensaries like AYR who promote their discounts and rewards programs that would actually cost you more money that just buying at the sale prices offered. Points need to be stackable like Curaleaf and Vidacann. On top of that AYR has changed their rewards program twice over the last 12-15 months and both times you lose your points earned when the new and āimprovedā rewards program starts. They have several rules that will not allow the consumer to use their points unless you buy something whose regular price is equal to the smallest discount tier you have. They told me the only thing I could do is redeem $12.50 and get a preroll only because that is the only item they sell that is at that exact price. When I complained to the manager, and asked why canāt I get something I actually need and pay the difference, he said no and immediately put his hands up, interrupted me and said āhey I donāt want to hear it because I donāt make the rulesā . Absolutely terrible business model and terrible customer service. Now I lose 500 points in a couple days and have to start with another bullshit consumer unfriendly rewards program. They store never even mentions these programs to customers probably because they know they are a rip off. Even their discounts for seniors, veterans, etc. canāt be used unless you want to actually much more for whatever products youāre buying even after the discounts! Itās a complete marketing scam to make people keep going there. Get some new management at the top. You...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience the girl with the blue hair should be fired, Completely unprofessional! After waiting in the lobby patiently for 15 minutes 2 to 3 other patients came in after I and were greeted their cards were taken and they were checked in. I allowed about 5 more minutes too see if anyone would acknowledge me, no one did. I walked up to the counter and asked if I could be checked in because Iāve been waiting and no one has said a word to me, She rolled her eyes rudely stated that they were busy and basically told me to deal with it. Upon walking back to my place in line this girl is aggressively yelling at me across the room asking whether my order was pick up or walk in, we go back and forth and she threatens to kick me out of the store for being aggressive! I was not aggressive in the slightest quite frankly if I was shown respect from the get go it would have never been an issue! Possibly teach your staff to de escalate a situation instead of escalating and creating a situation out of nothing I hope this is taken seriously because until it is addressed I refuse to shop here, Terrible customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was fortunate enough to land in the capable hands of Assistant Manager Grady, and the wise and all-knowing Juan. This was only my second stop after getting my card, and the whole dispensary game was still a bit overwhelming and confusing. They spent a bit of time with me, were a wealth of information, and gave me GREAT advice. Not just on LHS, but on the ins and outs of their competition, the sales, the who, the when, and they even suggested other products that might benefit me, whether sold by LHS or not! Who does that?!? It spoke volumes of them, and left me hoping I could give them more of my business. I'm loyal, but I'm broke - LOL! But they've had such great, frequent sales that it's brought me back there a few times since. When I run into Grady, I can just feel him smiling behind his mask. Genuinely friendly and loves his job. I always feel welcomed, appreciated, and well taken care of when I pull away - unlike at some of the other dispensaries. There isn't even a cold, gated waiting room, or a guard/concierge separating and herding customers. And, I'm mean c'mon! A drive...
