Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palm Bay

Horrible. I haven't eaten pizza hut in years because of so many issues I've had with the restaurant in the past. But today my family wanted to try it out so I gave it a shot. I spent $45 on my order, and the big dipper pizza I ordered tasted like it was yesterday's left overs. My mom ordered a very tiny $5 pan pizza. It was a mixup, she wanted cheese but instead got pepperoni. She cant eat pepperoni, so she called and asked if she could get it switched out. On the phone they were really rude with her and refused to remedy the problem. The pizza is the size of my hand! Only $5! They couldn't replace that tiny little pizza for her after we dropped $50? Then they acted like she had the wrong store and she was never there. The rudeness, the quality of the food, and seeing my mom upset with the way she was treated is NOT okay. Yall need to do better! Never ever wasting my money here again. I was excited to dry out the big dipper pizza, but it was so stale it is disgusting. Wow. Update: 15 minutes later I'm feeling very sick to my stomach. I shouldn't have eaten it after tasting it. I knew there was no use trying to exchange or take back the pizza, they wouldn't have let me. I was hungry and spent my food money on it. Hello I have being a customer of pizza hut for many years, however I had a very bad experience with the store located at 4850 Badcock Palm Bay Florida 32905. I called the Store because I don't like to order on line, the price on line for a large with two toppings was $7.99, the person that answer the phone said that price is only on line, my reply was how much will it be if I order with you on the phone he said hold please, he came back and said it will be $18.99 + Tax, a difference of $11.00 from the price on line. I will like you to know that this was me buying lunch for a business that is practically next door to then. I was buying six pizzas for the Carwash do to the excellent service the provide me. So I order from Dominos pizza 6 large with 2 toppings for $8.99 each. Pizza Hut 6 pizzas large 2 toppings $113.94 + tax- Dominos $53.94 + tax Difference of $60.00 + tax. The very fist delivery that I order from this place, they deliver it through Doordash and screw it up. I ordered and paid for a 2 liter Diet Pepsi with my food. When the order was delivered, the delivery lady, Michele, said the Diet Pepsi was not included in the order and snatched the receipt from the top of the pizza box and took off.

I called the store and explained what happened to Darius and the manager, Haley. They offered to send me a replacement Diet Pepsi that I was supposed to wait for another 40 minutes of delivery time. Or they could credit me the couple of dollars I paid for the soda.

I declined both. I don’t want to wait for a Pepsi while my pizza gets cold and I don’t want a $2 refund when I paid $4.99 as a delivery fee and $4 something as the driver’s tip.

Will never order anything from Pizza Hut again and ditto for Doordash. I will dispute the charge with my CC...
