Ultimate Phone Repair — Attraction in Palm Bay

These guys are great. Our dog bit into my daughters iPhone and busted it to the point the display was completely done for. She came crying to me on a a Friday afternoon around 4:45 pm and showed me what the dog did, so I hopped on Google to find a phone repair place that was close by and still open and could fix it. I found Ultimate phone repair, called them up and Michael told me bring it down, so I did and by 6:15 (even though they closed at 6pm) it was ready for pickup. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency and professionalism and the price was fair too. $120 to repair the phone. It isn't a brand new iPhone but to my daughter it is, because I bought it for her birthday in August from Amazon as an Amazon renewed premium unlocked iPhone 14 in pristine condition. Being that it wasn't a brand new iPhone, we didn't have "dog bite" coverage. 😁 The only minor issue I had was when I got in the car before leaving the store and after picking it up, I checked it to make sure it was working good, and immediately a message popped up that said something about the phone display couldn't be recognized because of either a non apple certified display or improperly installed part. I didn't want to take it back in because the store was closed by now, so I figured I'd just call them over the weekend and ask about it. Fortunately, when I gave the phone back to my 12 year old daughter and told her about the message, after she'd been using the phone for several minutes she never saw that message pop up again. And it's been over a week and we haven't seen that message again nor had any problems with it. Micheal did tell me if we had any issues at all to just bring it back. I'm happy to say, we have not. You would never know by looking at the phone that it was damaged and repaired. And the iPhone is a bright red color, yet not a single scratch or dent or mark on it any where. The repair was done so well, there's literally no sign of it ever being almost eaten by a 100lb German Sheprador. So, do I recommend these guys? ...

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! Went here to get my phone fixed. Broken screen. Simple enough repair I would think I was told my part was ordered. It would be in stock on a scheduled date for repair. Showed I'm on time for the repair. The park was not in stock. They instead decided to order a cheap Chinese aftermarket screen that went defective the first day after it was installed so I had to get my phone fixed AGAIN to get it done right. Then when that screen formed to crack I was told it was the manufacturer's defect and that would have to be charged again to get it repaired even though it's never been dropped and it wasn't physical damage. Good job! Call your customers. Liars will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know exactly what kind of shady dealing...

Broke my screen to IPhone 14 last night & screen would turn on but wasn’t responsive. As I need my phone for work & was having a stressful week already, I called around many places to see rates & how quick of a turn around was. GLENDA, who answered the phone confirmed she had a IPhone 14 screen & could replace it today. Brought it in & she said “I’ll call you in 30 minutes!”

Sure enough, phone was fixed & didn’t have to lose all my old pictures/files AND I saved a great amount by going to them.
