I can say enough good things about my experience with Flower Kingdom. I like to find a local florist in the area where the flowers will be sent, rather then ordering from one of the on-line companies, especially if the flowers will be going to a person, who lives out of state from where I live. I found Flower Kingdom in my search on Google. Dhiren, who I found out is the owner of the shop, took my phone order and was so helpful in narrowing down what I wanted. Their website is so informative, even in showing pictures of the staff. That's how I found out who took my order. The email procedures they have in place for confirming the order and the follow-up notification of when the order was delivered was so reassuring. But what came as a complete surprise was the email that was sent showing a picture of the actually arrangement. You can't go wrong ordering flowers from this floral shop, whether in person or over the phone. Their customer service is superb from start to finish. As you can see by the photo, the arrangement was beautiful. And the email of thanks I got from the person who received it (also with a picture) confirmed that I made the right choice in doing business with...

For 4 years this was the only florist I called. Last time I ordered about 6 months ago, when my friend sent the photo the arrangement was very small. I thought I must have made a mistake when I ordered. Today I ordered and when the picture arrived before they dispatched the arrangement it looked significantly smaller than the online photo. I called to inquire and they said they would remake it. Then they sent another photo but not much was added and the photo was now from a top angle which makes the arrangement appear larger. I was told that they follow a "formula" of x number of flowers per arrangement selected. Clearly not as the first was really small. I cancelled my order. They are not sending the same quality out as before and this would have actually been super embarrassing to send to my friend yet again a smaller arrangement than what I ordered. They also tried to tell me the roses were lavender as I ordered when the photo showed hot pink. They said this was a photo issue. Any iphone can take photos with colour showing. It doesn't make sense. Sad to see this lack of care and quality as it was so nice before to just order flowers and feel good about...
