One Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner after spending a day at Rapids Waterpark, and I am so glad we did! I loved everything about this place.The staff were patient and kind when we were trying to figure out what to order. One of them took the time to explain some of the menu items and show us pictures of them on her iPad. The food came out presentable and was delicious. We ordered the Dom Yum Gung Soup for our appetizer, I ordered the chicken pad Thai and my boyfriend ordered the beef curry noodle bowl. All were AMAZING! The soup ignited a whole new love for lemon grass spicy broth, it was healing! I wish we had taken pictures. My boyfriend even said mid-meal that this was the best meal he’d ever had and that Thai food was his new favorite type of food. In addition, the restaurant had a very relaxing ambiance and the bathrooms were very clean and inviting. The cleanliness of a bathroom can really say a lot about the cleanliness of the restaurant itself in my opinion. I really don’t know how this place doesn’t have a higher rating. Took a large group here that were here to see my dad who was in hospice. I'd been going there for a few years. It empty doing dinner and now i see why. My mom ordered a dish that was mushy and full of sugar. She can't have sugar so asked to exchange for something else and the owner no. She refused to exchange 1 dish out of 12 people! We ended up buying her something else and it wasn't really good. I spent almost $300 dollars for early bird specials, bad service ans ok food. Was disappointed in how the would not exchange a plate of noodles and I'd referred many to restaurant over the years. The food isnt what it used to be and neither is the service. I was very disappointed and embarrassed that i chose this place for my family. It will continue to be empty because they lost their customer service and they loss me as a customer. I will not go back...

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. I normally do not leave reviews but this was worthy of one. Do not take your hard earned money here. The food under cooked and attitude and gaslighting is through the roof. I simply asked for the noodles to be returned at it tasted very soggy and shrimp was undercooked. When I asked for the food to be returned the owner told me “it is not my fault you don’t know your taste buds, we can’t read minds and know how people want the food cooked, maybe you’re not used to this type of cooking.” I asked for it to be returned she told me and my girlfriend to leave. We paid for our drinks, the only decent tasting thing there but very disappointed with the staff and especially the food. Never again I will come here, waste of...
