Eh. It's okay. I tried to like it. I am a huge fan of Greek, especially a good chicken gyro, shawarma, or souvlaki dish. I had the gyro and souvlaki here a few times and always left full, not quite satisfied, and begrudging the cost for quality. The souvlaki platter came with a single chicken skewer with pretty bland seasoning, a small set of pita slices, a generous portion of basic salad veggies, a decent portion of fries, a good amount of feta, and a small cup of dipping sauce and salad dressing.

Service is good with warm greetings and farewells, place is clean with great atmosphere. People seem to love it. I want to.

For almost $20 with a drink, I am most disappointed in the quality of the chicken seasoning, the dipping sauce, and the dish itself. The fries and salad are pretty cheap and easy; although they are quality veggies, but, basic unless you think green bell pepper is getting "fancy." The Greek salad dressing is good, but it's pretty hard to screw up. The sauce is basically sour cream with nearly zero flavoring. And, no hummus included on an almost $20 bill at a Greek restaurant? It feels a bit like, "Here's a bunch of basic veggies and potatoes with a little chicken and a hint of Greek." I don't like leaving negative reviews. Especially since I used to be an owner/operator. However, we just ordered via Door Dash, and the owner needs to know. Perhaps because it's Sunday? or a different crew, but it shouldn't matter. Whatever the case, the order was completely messed up, items were missing, the Chicken Gyro Pita ,(white meat on the menu, and it wasn't white, 1st, there was hardly any, all on the bottom, it was mixed w/dark meat, dry and tasted chared). The Pita was so stale and hard? It literally hurt my tooth, as I attempted to bite into it. I tried to chew it & it hurt my jaw. They completely forgot the Feta. This dish was basically inedible. They also forgot the 2 Extra Feta Cup(s), & the extra Pita Side. My husband took 2 bites out of his Beef & Lamb Gyro Pita Combo?... he didn't eat it. He said it tasted dry/old like the other. We've ordered here before, and it's usually pretty good, but whatever is going on today, 9/8/24? The owner needs to know. If we decide to ever order from here again? I will gladly change my review, but I don't think I will for a while. It kind of turned me off. My apologies, but consistency is important, not hit or miss. So I have ordered from here for years. I tonight like most other nights called in an order. An hour and fifteen minutes later the delivery driver shows up and carelessly tells me “sorry for being late”. This being after I called when an hour and ten minutes came with silence. Once the food arrived I was then unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the food was as cold as my milk in the fridge. I call and speak to Deborah the manager. I explain I’m not upset it took a while, I understand there are many deliveries. I am upset that the food was cold. She tells me the best thing she can do is “20% off the next time I dine in”. I never wanted money off... I simply wanted a warm plate of food but that was of no concern to her.

Update: Arienne the general manager reached out to me as she stated she would and made it right. I received my entire order freshly cooked and promptly delivered. I am glad to say I will continue my patronage here as I have for years. Thank...
