First off we were in town for Mother's day weekend so it was a surprise trip to this store. It was so awkward in there. We were greeted, but it wasn't welcoming. There was a young gentleman helping me that was nice. But I couldn't find what I wanted or the size. So we told him thank you anyway. But then I spotted a tote, but no one was helping us. 6 other reps and they were just passing by us like we didn't exist. I asked for a price and I finally narrowed it down to the tote I wanted so we decided to purchase. The girl was ok that was helping us. She wasn't the absolute friendliest but she wasn't horrible either. I'm sorry but if I'm going to spend $2000+ they should be extremely friendly cause I know they are making commission. They finally asked if we wanted water..which I was wondering when they were going to ask. They had a different crowd over there having wine..made me feel discriminated a bit, but whatever. So the girl tells me it's the last tote that they just put it out at 11am if I'd like it I said ok. But I really don't like doing that. I like a fresh bag no one's touched. So we purchased and as were heading out, I see the girl putting the same tote out on display to fill the empty spot because I supposedly had took the last one. Lowkey that pissed me off. I told her I wanted a fresh bag. I felt discriminated. Maybe because were Hispanic and weren't dressed fancy. Would I go back. HELL NO. I've had better service in Beverly Hills. Where they'll gladly take our money and treat us...

I was credited back at Palm Desert tax rate and not mine, which is 2% lower than my home tax rate. Spending thousands of dollars on a purse, that’s a significant amount to be shorted. Can’t talk directly to store, so I reached out to LV customer service - also very pleasant to speak to - totally useless! Actually told me I would have to drive back to store to get credited the difference. That is a 2.5 hr drive for me, ONE WAY!! Here I was trying to make it easy on everyone by returning to store. Read moreHad trouble getting a LV BumBag from the LV website this holiday. They gave inaccurate stock information saying BumBag was back ordered for weeks, way past holiday. They also stated all stores and affiliates were out. Wrong... Then as I was running out of time, I thought I would call stores directly, that customer service store put me down for a call back from the Palm Dessert store. An employee named Simon called me back and arranged for overnight delivery of the bag we needed. Not only that, but be gave me his cell number for any tracking concerns. There was a glitch with UPS so the package was delayed a couple days, but Simon made sure to follow up and the gift was sent the day before the holiday!
