Desert Discounts Cleaners — Attraction in Palm Springs

This place is disastrous. Save your money folks. They even lost a red shirt for my husband that I had gotten from Macy's and haven't a clue as to where it is. They even tried to pawn off someone elses shirt that wasn't mine just so I had 11 shirts. Then to make matter worse, I send my husband in to pick up the last batch which I had given them prior to finding out that they lost a shirt, they dry cleaned and starched the shirts. What is their problem. I take his shirts to be laundered and then a heavy starch and pressed. Same thing each time. Apparently, my first clue to a shady, not reputable cleaners would be when they don't even take a credit card or debit card. I'm learning. I have lived here for 2 months now and realize that not everyone is honest and smart around here. So anyway, I'm just telling you all to stay away from this place.
