Sec-he is hands down one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk through the doors, the energy of the space and the care the staff takes to maintain it is clear. The design is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the experience feels curated with both luxury and intention.
After a short intake form, we were greeted by our host Jamie, who gave us a full tour of the space. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel instantly at home. The locker room area is incredibly clean and beautifully designed with marble, granite, and high-end details. There’s a steam room, dry sauna, and cold plunge just steps away - an ideal way to ease into the day!
The multiple pools and water elements throughout the property are something special. There’s a peaceful soaking pool outdoors surrounded by desert landscape and sunshine. Around the corner, a larger pool area offers both shade and sun with plush loungers, all nestled in beautifully maintained desert gardens with a waterfall. Several whirlpools and Jacuzzis are tucked around the grounds, creating spaces for both solitude and connection. Every pool felt pristine and thoughtfully placed. You’re never far from a relaxing water moment, and there’s always cold water nearby to stay hydrated.
One of the most memorable parts of my visit was my facial with Josie. She is an absolute master - deeply skilled, intuitive, and incredibly kind. Her hands have a way of working magic without being harsh or clinical. I loved that she customized the facial to my skin, explained things without overwhelming, and created an environment that felt like both a treatment and a meditation. Her presence is calm, nurturing, and genuine. The headphones with music and nature sounds during the facial were such a unique touch and helped me fully decompress. I left with glowing, hydrated, blackhead-free skin and so much gratitude for the care she gave.
Also had a 90-minute massage with Venus, and I can say without hesitation that she is in a league of her own. Her ability to blend deep tissue with relaxation is unlike any massage I’ve ever had. Venus brings a grounding energy into the room and works with clear purpose. I left feeling lighter and more in tune with my body.
Beyond the treatments, we spent hours enjoying the grounding rooms - which I still think about. The sound therapy chairs and zero-gravity loungers were my personal favorites, and I truly could’ve stayed all day. There’s also a salt cave for deep relaxation, beautiful co-ed areas for reconnecting after treatments, and several cafes on site with healthy, fresh mediterranean inspired food.
Everything was top-tier. The space was spotless, the amenities were high-quality, and the team was clearly intentional about guest experience.
The only thing that took me out of the magic a bit was the heavy use of single-use plastics. At a spa this beautiful, I’d love to see a shift toward more sustainable service items and will be reaching out to share that feedback.
All in all, this is a must-visit experience in Palm Springs. Whether you’re there for a solo day of self-care or a full experience with friends, I highly recommend it and hope to...

I don’t mind investing in experiences, however I have some foundational expectations when I spend almost $1900 for my party of four people. While I know the following may come off like first-world problems and that I'm a complainer, review my other reviews because I seek out the positive. FYI - While onsite I discussed several issues with a front-desk manager. The suit-wearing director was disinterested in my issues and seemed to avoid eye contact with me the rest of the day. IQ test - If by mid-morning a guest has several disruptive issues and they're not expecting any comps or freebies, I'd think a manager would have subtly stopped by our cabana to ask how our day was...yeah, that did NOT happen! By the numbers: Two phone calls which took almost 30 minutes to make and confirm my reservation, six emails received, two of which were intake forms which could not be successfully submitted because all they produced were web errors. Final confirmation email only included half of spa services I scheduled so a confirmation call was necessary. This was the tip of the iceberg pre-visit, read on... There were too many stress-inducing gaps in the disconnected spa processes. Inefficient and redundant (e.g., asking the same detailed questions I was asked during my initial call) check-in took 30 minutes. Times 4 people that’s 2 hours of spa time lost. I was asked if we want to pay for food as we go or be able to charge against my reservation (I opted for this). A half hour later our cabana attendant says there’s an “IT issue” so we need to be sure to pay our bill before 5p. Alarm set on my phone to be sure to fulfill this accommodation because of their IT problem. Why am I setting an alarm on an R&R day? Two hours before my massage I received an Intake Form email - this wasn’t already covered during the lengthy check-in?!? Person in my party wanted an additional spa treatment being advertised, it took 30 minutes at the front desk to add it. If an existing customer wants to spend an additional $200 you'd think we could book that in our cabana. Not so much. Employees continuously cut through the Quiet Room, sometimes having conversations with each other or a guest. The “best” cut through was when one employee entered the QUIET ROOM with a towel hamper - wheels squeaking, then WHAM on the exit door - could be easily heard even with headphones on and LOUD serenity soundtrack playing… 5 minutes later, squeak squeak squeak wheels, then WHAM on exit door. Suffice it to say, my neo-nap was over! Solution - Although the placement of the quiet room was a bisector/facility design miss, employees having conversations or wheeling carts should walk around the outside and not through the QUIET ROOM! Now for the positives. Convenient location near the main drag in Palm Springs. Couples masseuses were fantastic. Mineral baths started hot but very quickly the mineral water enveloped your body and spirit. Pre-massage prickly pear lemonade was refreshingly tasty. The salt rooms were aesthetically pleasing and unique compared to other spas...
Read moreI visited with my sister as we were doing a weekend in PS. I’ll start with the good. My massage was great, very relaxing and ideal pressure. And the massage room was very nice. But the rest of this place I would not say is relaxing by any means. Here is out it went…
Arrival- we were told to show up early to take advantage of the facilities. We showed up 35 mins in advance. Two women at the reception were checking out 1 party of 4. No “we’ll be with you in one moment”. Nothing. Finally after what felt like 10 mins we checked in but there was no “Sorry for the wait”. Reception- asked to wait in reception and someone would come get us. Waited and waited. Reception area is like an office building or a bad holiday inn lobby. Greeting- a woman came to get us and walks us to the lockers. No tour of the facilities. Doesn’t point out anything. We get to the lockers. She goes “wait here” and then goes and gets robes. Comes back and goes “I need to find you shoes. Will be back”. We wait some more. I ask for a tour of the facilities. She goes “there is no time. Maybe later”. She couldn’t even direct us to the toilet. 4.Locker rooms- Huge but also loud. Imagine what seems like 100 women milling about talking etc. The “waiting area” was like hang out central. Nothing serene. Tranquility room- We were offered to be taken to a “tranquility room” to wait for a service. But despite being able to get there (we found out later) from inside the locker room, we were directed OUT into the lobby area to walk past the cafeteria (yes, a cafeteria like you would find at a hospital). The tranquility room is like a poor man’s Rainforest cafe. After our treatment we were taken to another waiting area that had salt caves. Do you think anyone mentioned the salt caves or explained them? NO. Mineral water bath- We got complimentary mineral water baths. They have 12 rooms adn the bath is nice but they don’t make it relaxing. The lights are very bright, there is no music. It’s just…odd. We found out later there were other rooms to relax in. No one ever mentioned. Checkout - Did anyone ask us how our stay or treatment was? Nope. And the manager was at that desk while we checked out. In fact, 3 people were there. If they had asked I would have given feedback. Instead, giving it here.
At this place do not expect a serene spa experience. You will feel like cattle at a rodeo. Shuffled along from 1 stop to the next with no explanation. No tour of the facilities. Nothing quiet or serene. In fact, the whole thing was downright stressful in parts. I’m convinced it’s successful because it’s large enough to hold large groups like a bachelorette party. But if relaxation is what you are...
