Absolutely loved our stay at the Andreas Hotel & Spa! Nestled in the heart of downtown, this charming hotel perfectly blends vintage character with modern luxury. Originally built in 1935, it’s a true local landmark—and you can feel the history in every elegant detail. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from top-notch restaurants, entertainment, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, which made our trip stress-free and incredibly convenient. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the spa services were exactly what we needed to unwind. Whether you’re here for relaxation, exploration, or a little of both, Andreas Hotel & Spa offers a perfect home base in the heart of the action. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—this place is a gem! #💎 #palmSprings #hot #spa #hello #everydaylife #beHappy #❤️ #loveMyself #forYou #fypage #lovemyselfchallenge

It's like a super well kept vintage car. The hotel is over 90 years old but has been refurbished while keeping its original charm. Mediterranean theme with Italian signage to welcome you to a tranquil and very calming experience in the middle of Palm Springs. Rooms: We had a standard room which was small but very nice. They have a fake fireplace for ambiance, a noise machine originally set to ocean sounds and a pretty comfortable spring mattress (in good shape) bed. Small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom surprisingly large but the vanity area on the smaller side. Bath/shower combo on the older side, but clean and decent water pressure. Again, the place is almost 100 years old but they are keeping it in great shape. Pool: Pool nice and very clean and spa jets strong. Both on the smaller side but nice and relaxing. Well kept lounge chairs all around with little towel holders with nice towels already rolled up and ready for you to use. No strong chlorine smell so I'm pretty sure it's a salt water pool. No outside food or drinks in the pool area but they have a very small "bar" where you can order drinks and some food. Reasonable prices. Also there are plenty of areas outside of direct pool are where you can drink or eat (see below). Hotel grounds: Usually, we go to places to visit the places and don't hang out at the hotel much. Andreas Hotel was one of the first places where we were like "let's go back to the hotel and relax". Adults only hotel so very relaxing and quiet (not in a bad "let's not make any noise" way), but calming and take a nice deep breath and look up and enjoy the view of the mountain quiet. We really noticed how many small "nooks" there were where you and your partner can sit and relax by the pool, have your complimentary glass of bubbly, or sit on the second floor and drink a glass of wine and just chill. A little balcony on the south side, two living room style outdoor areas on opposite sides of a fireplace on the west side and on the northeast corner and small seating area with two chairs and small tables. It was fun to relax at all of them. The furniture was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. Some of them getting worn but again, maintained well. Small room to get coffee a biscotto or two, an apple or some candy. Coffee could have been a little stronger but everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast was a free small boxed meal with all kings of little items - yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, tangerine, oatmeal, granola bar, packaged pastry and string cheese. Your choice of juice. It wasn't great but really didn't expect to get a complimentary breakfast. Staff: The woman who checked us in was SOOO sweet and helpful. Super welcoming, friendly and just a genuinely nice person.

Stayed here for 3 days couple vacation last year in October. Room: Organized but not too clean. There were some bugs crawling in the bathroom. (I am allergic to bugs and due to that I had allergic reaction the next day). The AC works well. Towels are not soft. The bed is good and nicely fixed. They give you welcome note which is nice. Service: good. The receptionist gave us a tour when we got there after checkin. It’s a small resort with pool and jacuzzi. I got a room with soa tub and works well besides they need to repaint because it looks overly used. You get complimentary champagne (i think only until 6pm) Location: Very close to everything, walking distance to casino and restaurants. Service: serves with basic breakfast (bagel, cheese, juice, some fruits) that you need to grab at the reception area. Parking: Free parking right in front of the resort. Front door at reception area/lobby stays closed. So you need your card key when you go out or else you will get stuck outside if no receptionist is available to open for you.

On May 17, 2025, my friend and I had a massage appointment at Andreas Hotel & Spa in Palm Springs. On our way there, we encountered severe traffic due to a bombing incident in the area, which was on the news. I called ahead to inform the staff that we would be late, and they assured me that it was not a problem and that they would be waiting for us.||||Upon arrival, the situation was chaotic. I was not given a properly fitting robe, which left my private area exposed, and the shoes I received were a men's size 12, while I wear a size 6.5. This meant I had to walk barefoot on the carpet, exposing my feet to germs.||||Liliana Hermosillo, the spa manager, wasted time asking us to complete an intake form we had already filled out a few months earlier. As a result, our massage time was reduced from 50 minutes to just 25 minutes, yet we were charged the full-service amount of $99.00.||||To make matters worse, when our massage therapists finally arrived, my therapist was rude and unprofessional. Despite my attempts to engage her in friendly conversation, she maintained an irritated expression and refused to smile. It felt as if she was frustrated to be providing the service, almost as if she had hoped we wouldn’t show up. Additionally, she informed me that the massage I requested was a "no-pressure" massage. I had never heard of a Swedish massage being categorized that way, and I was always asked about my pressure preferences during past sessions. Her technique felt more like applying lotion with a basting brush, leaving me uncomfortable and feeling dirty.||||After the session, while going to the changing room to get dressed, Liliana asked about our service. I immediately expressed my disappointment regarding my therapist's lack of professionalism. Liliana quickly became defensive and did not attempt to address my concerns. After I got dressed and went to the front desk to pay, I voiced my dissatisfaction once again about the shortened massage and the therapist's unprofessionalism. Liliana informed me that it was implied the session would be shortened due to our tardiness, and that they couldn’t extend the service because of other appointments. However, this seemed misleading, as no one was in the quiet room, and we saw one of the massage therapists walking out while we were still in our car, shocked by what had just transpired. She also had the audacity to ask if I would be leaving a tip.||||I decided to call for more information about the complaint process. When I called at 4:20 PM, the front desk attendant, Elizabeth, informed me that the spa had closed for the day. This contradicted Liliana’s statement about not being able to extend our service, indicating that she had intentionally misrepresented the number of appointments scheduled for the day.||||When I inquired about the spa manager, Liliana arrogantly informed me that she held that position. She stated that I could file a complaint, but it would go directly to her office. She provided me with her office phone number as a contact. I asked if there was a higher management structure, and she claimed there was none, as the company was privately owned. I also inquired about corporate oversight, and she stated there was none. When I asked if she was the owner, she replied no, but indicated that the owners rarely visit.||||It’s worth noting that this was our second visit; our first experience was also unsatisfactory. During that visit, my friend’s massage therapist, a heavy-set man, fell asleep multiple times during her massage, which was both unprofessional and unsettling. However, we decided to give the spa another opportunity and requested female therapists. Later, we discovered the same male therapist had been inappropriate with other customers.||||When I addressed these concerns with Gina Campbell, the general manager, she forwarded my message back to Liliana, who sent me a lengthy email that refuted every single point, becoming defensive and refusing to take any accountability. I also later discovered that I had been overcharged, and I believe it was intentional. Despite my initial efforts to obtain a refund, I was only refunded after I threatened to file a police report.||||In summary, the Andreas Hotel and Spa demonstrates a lack of professionalism. They do not take responsibility for their services, exhibit minimal oversight, and employ massage therapists who may be inappropriate, unprofessional, or seemingly inexperienced, having newly graduated from massage school. I would suggest that prospective customers carefully review all feedback from prior customers before scheduling a service at this establishment, as it appears their primary focus is on maximizing profits rather than ensuring customer...

We have good friends in Palm Springs, so we wanted to see them AND have a nice little getaway. This gem of a stay popped up on our Travel Zoo feed and it looked great. Now at the end of our stay, all I can say is WOW. This little place is the best kept secret in downtown Palm Springs and exceeded every expectation. The charm, atmosphere and attention to detail here is amazing. Being adults only there were no screaming kids around (when you’re a parent it’s nice to have that break) and just have a far more relaxed and inviting feel. |The staff is attentive and top notch and so friendly and accommodating. The pool courtyard is beautiful and with the backdrop of the mountains as you lounge poolside, it’s simply stunning. |The room was absolutely immaculate and again, attention to detail in every regard. Two-person spa tub, electric (no heat) fireplace for ambiance, beautiful four post king bed, chandeliers…stunning, quaint, chic room. |They provide breakfast each morning, which is nothing over the top, but for a small place without a kitchen, etc. at least they provide something if you’d like it. That said, you’re in the heart of downtown, so you have many places to choose from that are steps away and worth going to. |They have fresh lemon water stations in several spots and endless clean towels and robes. Our stay came with a discounted spa treatment at their on-site spa so I booked an appointment ahead of time for my wife and she said it was amazing. Free parking was also a great perk and the coffee bar in the lobby rivaled Starbucks, with complimentary biscotti and though I didn’t partake - ha - an endless candy bar. If you’re reading this it’s likely because you are a scrupulous traveler and have had your share of sketchy stays and places you’ve been horrified by, shook your head at or were just unimpressed and will never stay there again. We’ve experienced all the above over the years. I can say, without hesitation, you will absolutely love this place. Picture a Tuscan villa infused with mid-century Sinatra charm. |We’ve been to Palm Springs several times and this was not only our best trip and stay ever, but we have now found our go-to hotel for every future stay. I won’t even waste my time looking anywhere else. This stay and this hotel are simply...
