Hi I am a customer that enjoys going to trampoline high until today! My friends and I were taking our shoes off and didn't notice that out regular socks weren't aloud so we normally went on a trampoline and then we started tumbling until we noticed these amazing tumblers of gymnastics and they started making unpleasant names so they started laughing at my friends and I and even my little sister and then they started mocking us and doing bad things like saying that we do everything bad I honestly thought that this would never happy at such a child friendly trampoline park the two little girls went and started yelling at my little sister and calling her dumbass when she kindly asked the two girl if they could move to the next lane because there are three lanes, but no they went to there sister named ANDREA and the little girl started to make fun of us again and then they went to there sister and even let them no that we didn't have the right socks and then the sister came to me and my little sister and let us know that we didn't have the right socks when she saw us come in and even looked at my socks and I saw her but I didn't think anything of it so she gave us a really nasty additude and we kindly went and got our socks while the two little girls stayed laughing at us when those socks really don't even help because I slipped so many time with them and they keep u stuck to the floor when u jump so the girls purposely went behind the ONLY CUSTOMERS behind that desk where money is even kept and then they were working with a very kind gentlemen who was helping them in a backhand spring when me myself needed help on that so then I asked if he could help me too with no intentions of trying to interrupt or be rude to the both young girls and then I asked the gentlemen and he said ok only one time and I actually got to do it twice but the two girls started laughing really hard right in front of their worker sister Andrea so we then are already starting to leave and as we were walking out my best friend walks over to me and the only way to get to me was to walk behind both the girls and the sister worker so then they told my bestfriend that they were so happy that we were leaving and that my bestfriend should break her neck and the worker even agreed with them and didn't even say anything about it Andrea is a trampoline high park worker and should be fired for showing such bias to the young girls who were related or close to her and not telling...

I highly recommend you DO NOT spend your money at this place. I attended a birthday party there and I felt terrible for the way Michelle, who claimed to be the owner, treated the mother who was hosting a party there for her girls. I can't imagine the cost of a party there is cheap, so I was shocked when the following situation unfolded. A lady named Michelle, who claimed to be the owner, came to our section and just took a bunch of stuff that didn't belong to the business as a way to let the host know that she needed to buy the water for her guests from the establishment instead of bringing it from outside. She took mostly water and some soda cans, but she didn't even ask to take it and was incredibly rude about it. The kids had some sweets and needed some water, but they would not allow us to give them our water they took from us, but instead wanted the host to purchase waters in packs of 10. Apparently, there was a no-outside drink policy, which wasn't stated when the party was booked and paid for. They were allowed to bring their own food for an additional cost, so I can understand why the customer would assume drinks were allowed too. I can also understand if a business wants to make some extra money on selling drinks, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and poor behavior as a human being. Not only were things belonging to the host taken without any permission or without even a heads up, but this Michelle lady yelled at couple guests because the host brought water! She yelled at a little girl who sat in the empty section next to us because she was not in the designated area! She scolded her employee, a young girl, for allowing the waters to be brought inside. The young girl who was attending us felt badly for us and was clearly embarrassed by her boss's behavior. I doubt Michelle is even the real owner. What kind of owner would treat their customers like that?! She could be the manager, and a terrible, incredibly rude and disrespectful one. Take your money...

This place has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. Because we have the common situation that both parents are working we were stressed for weeks trying to decide how to keep both of our jobs while still attending to our kindergarten twins while they started virtual school. We found out about Trampoline High’s virtual school program and our daughters have been attending since the first day of school. Being a teacher myself, I know the importance of having an adult helping to supervise and keep children on task and staying engaged for the entire school day on a computer. We have had absolute peace of mind knowing that our daughters are not only taken care of but they are being nurtured and helped with their schoolwork throughout the day. I love that they make sure the kids do their homework and then they get to play so by the time I pick them up everything is taken care of. They are helpful with coordinating with the teachers at their school and are extremely organized knowing what their schedules are. They have adults helping the kids that are very good with technology so if there are problems they know how to troubleshoot. I highly recommend this program for anyone who has their children enrolled in school and they are doing all their schoolwork online virtually. The facility is extremely large which offers more space so that I feel it’s safer than if they were in a smaller room and everyone wears masks the whole day the staff keeps hand sanitizer all over the place. They conduct the temperature checks upon arrival and when the kids leave. I am able to work effectively at home as a teacher and my children are getting quality instruction from their school and are getting attended to of and most importantly...

First of all, come to this place not thinking of SkyZone or SkyPlanet. It’s like a small relaxed version of those two. Still has a lot of potential in the sense of the layout of the trampolines (Long ones instead of square ones) and location . They have a colored wristband time model , very little supervision , you can do somersaults, cross trampolines and you can bring your own socks. I was attended by the lady at the front desk, and was very nice and attentive. The kid at the bungee was very careful when my little one wanted to ride the contraption. The risks are the same as any other trampoline park. Here my kid got fabric burn, but she also had a swollen knee at SkyZone. Because the security and safe measures are a bit lower than other places, just be more careful and ask your kid to play safe (The same as if your kid goes to any unsupervised public park). For the adults: here the massage chairs are not timed to beep if you seat and don’t pay. The bathrooms where pristine when I went there. At the end, my kid had a blast and that deserves a 5 star. Edit: I came here like 4 more times in different scenarios, and there was excellent service and experience every time. I wish I can give more points.

Trampoline High is located in an industrial park, so from the outside it doesn't look like much. But inside they pack a lot of activities into the space so there is a lot of entertainment for the kids. It is less expensive compared to other indoor trampoline places like Skyzone, which is much bigger but does not offer much in the way of amenities for the extra cost. With Trampoline High you get a no frills entertainment space for the kids. I was pleasantly surprised that the seating for party guests was much bigger than at Skyzone! We attended a birthday party at both places and I have to say I enjoyed Trampoline High much more. I probably wouldn't book a party, but I would definitely go back for open jump time for my kids.

We hosted a private joint party for my 2 daughters who were turning 4 and 6. It was a great space - spacious with 2 separate trampoline areas, allowing the kids to spread out, and even with 40+ kids it never felt crowded! The kids all had a blast - and even several adults got in on the jumping fun. Most kids stayed the full 3 hours we rented the space! Michelle and her team were wonderful to work with - they took care of all the set up and break down and were on hand to help. I’d definitely recommend this as a party venue!
