Hunt & Gather Butcher Shop and Market — Attraction in Panama City Beach

If I could give them 30 stars service I would. The night before Valentines Day I got to the restaurant right after the butcher shop closed. Without knowing who I was talking to I asked a random bystander where the butcher shop was. This lady said it was located around back, but informed me they have already closed. She then informed me she was actually the manager and asked what I needed. I informed her I needed 2 filets for my spouse and I for Valentines Day. She said give her a minute and she would open the butcher shop just for me to ensure I have the best Valentines Day. Once the shop was opened she explained the different type of filets she had to ensure I got what I wanted. Not only did she take time out of her night to reopen the shop, she did not rush me picking out the type of meat I wanted.

On top of the exceptional customer service the cut of meat was 10/10.

Let me start out by saying that the location is great in that I did not have to go well on Panama City beach to get to it as I live in town. It is a small restaurant inside a strip mall. But don't let that kind of thing deter you. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back and the food is nothing short of 4 and 5 star restaurants. I had The Bison ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. My wife had the lamb lollipops and the red snapper savichi. Both of her dishes were exquisite.
