I had a very nice time I went to ahead of very nice time. You go see you death wish The Unbelievable great movie! I was very lucky to get on the bargain night even though I am a very big man standing 6 ft 5 in very toned 260 lb the set's l a little bit small. The majority of time that I went there I had a very nice time but last week I went to go see black panther and I got a ride by 3 Latinos two men's and a female I truly not blaming at Latino community but they was trying to make the movie experience a terrible movie experience but I kept my composure and ask him please stop because you really not know what you doing just remember all three of y'all have kids a kids do want to see y'all so please stop from that moment I have no more problems! Like I said is very nice place very nice I will recommend it need to have a little bit more outside entertainment but overall like I said very nice I recommend it to everyone!

The price was right since it was at matinee prices. The theater was clean and like a ghost town, which was great, since this theater is known for excessive wait in the concession lines. My issue was with the employee in the concession area. The receipt says his name was "Michael" - unsure if this is his name or not. It was on 1/3/2018 at 16:11:56. I was with my 7 year old granddaughter. I was greeted with, "Do you know what you want?" He was the only worker there, so I was rather surprised that he allowed the popcorn to run out with only the salty remnants of the last scoop to remain. When I asked about there being no more popcorn (which was of course what we wanted) we were told that he could make some more. Getting information from this employee was like pulling teeth. He was clearly not happy to be there and reflected this fact onto the customers. I couldn't help but wonder why, if he saw the popcorn getting as low as it did and there were customers in line, why he would not automatically pop a fresh batch. The popcorn we got was salty and not edible. We threw it away. I didn't want to deal with such a negative person, so I opted to leave the theater and not ask for a refund. I don't expect an employee to have a "Joker" type smile on their face, but many people would be glad to even have a...

I just came from attempting to watch the movie 'Kong Skull Island '! It was the worst movie experience I have ever had! I have lived in Paramount for many years and actually support this theater with my ticket purchases, but no more!!! I understand that people have families, but this theater NEEDS to ENFORCE a code about small children between the ages of 5 and under, who are disturbing other viewers, and should actually be removed!!!

These ignorant parents have no respect for other movie goers and it is ridiculous that other viewers have to tolerate the fact that they can't afford a babysitter! My boyfriend and I complained numerous times and were told that as long as children were accompanied by a parent they are allowed into the theater. The way these kids ran up and down the isles, you would think they were at a daycare center!!!!

The manager was polite and tried to alleviate the problem with future movie passes, but this experience was soooooo bad, that I will take my business elsewhere, like to the new Cinemark or the Krikorian in Downey, or we will go to ANY other theater outside of paramount!

This establishment should be ashamed of itself for allowing such a low level of business!!!
