I had a issue with a new product I bought here with insurance. It got broken very fast and I received help from two different managers. One of them was useful, the other one didn't want to replace the product even when it had manufacturing defects. I lost precious time. I had to call the insurance at the store and communicate the company with the manager of this store. At the end, the insurance had to push the manager to replace the product I bought. I was tasked to find something for my boss. I found it online, and was send to pick it up at this location. They immediately called, knowing there was an error. They did their best to rectify the issue, and I was still able to get the product my boss needed. If it wasn't for their conscientious effort to talk to me, it would have been a bigger problem than needed to be....
