Sky Acai & More — Attraction in Parma Heights

I would just like to say that I had the absolute worst experience ever coming into bold tonight. I came in at 6:00 with still 2 hours until close. I got a regular bowl and wanted banana they had NONE. my second choice was strawberry’s.. they literally had about one tiny spoonful left of SOGGY strawberries. and I asked the guy if they had more and he said no. My boyfriend got a bowl as well and got barely any toppings put on his bowl. For this guy to still charge us $20 for both bowls is ridiculous. If you do not have the fruit that is on your literal menu to serve to customers there is no point in being open. Such a disappointment. I literally had to come home and put on my own strawberries and bananas. This place is a legit knock off fruit stand with way higher prices and you get 1/3 of what your paying for. Went with my wife and toddler around 11am. No customers at the time of our visit. The employee working said they were out of bowls and napkins. All that was fine, it happens.

What I didn’t like was the music choice. For a place that is suppose to be family friendly the songs that were playing were not radio edits. N bombs and F bombs during the whole 20 min visit. I would have expected songs like this at a bar, not a smoothie / fruit bowl establishment.

The fruit its self didn’t seem to be any better quality from what I could get from Walmart. I would suggest going to “The Fruit Stand” for treats like this. They also have much more options like yogurt and...

Great hidden gem in Parma. The establishment was tucked away in a corner and was hard to find if you’re not from that area. The staff was very courteous and the concept of placing Acai and fruit inside of a halved pineapple or watermelon is genius! The fruit was very fresh. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the location and the seating inside. It would have been nice to see it decorated more tropical and a better location but that did not take away from the quality of the bowl. If I happen to be in that area again I will revisit.
