As a 14 year old's mother, I wish the Exchange did NOT do such a great job meeting my son's video GAME addiction. This franchise store (with several city-wide locations) seems to regularly have the older systems gear (that I can afford to have) with GOOD PRICES he can afford. You can get games and necessary EXTRAS such as cords (broken during meltdowns), remote controllers, & paraphernalia that will not break your bank and will leave you feeling like a kid again. They have DS, Wii, WiiU, Playstation, DVDs, Pokemon novelty items like Pez candy characters, stuffed animals, figurines, lunch boxes. This is a 1980s mecca.

This is one of the main locations I visit weekly and when we visit we never leave with less than 5 movies or games. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help and I must add the cleanliness of this store is amazing and I love how everything is alphabetically in order and if you are looking for a certain title oh, the staff is more than willing to help you immediately. And we purchased the total of 13 movies and some of them may be outdated and some may be a year updated but we got all 13 for 26 bucks

Fairly cool store with a large selection of toys, collectibles, trading cards, records, movies, and other forms of media. Definitely fun to browse but only ending up picking up two small items. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have a public restroom and had to go down the street to a random spot to do my business. I understand not wanting random people to use the restroom and make a mess, but have some respect for paying customers.

DO NOT BUY ANY GAMING SYSTEMS FROM THIS STORE! I recently bought a PS3 System several months ago but under a year old. The controllers are like new and have recently gone out on the system yet they were both working fine the other day. Now the outlets on the system are completely out and the quality of the PlayStation systems that they sell are pure garbage. They will go out on you in under a year. Thankfully- I did not pay much for this system and I have a lot of games for it- which I am not willing to sell to them because they will give me nothing for them. I would advise everyone to do their research on this store as far as gaming equipment in the Sony company category goes. I also had a Nintendo DS that I bought several months ago from this store that will no longer charge because the charging port on the system went bad. This store is great for a lot of collectibles and if you are in the market for that- then I would recommend coming here. Also- a good majority of the staff needs to be changed out here. This store has had too many rotten apples of workers here for too long and they act like you are doing them a disservice just by asking for help with something- however this doesn't include all staff members. Because of this- I would avoid doing business with this location. If they can't back up their products- why is this branch still open?? UPDATE- DO NOT TRADE ANY N64 SPORTS GAMES WITH THIS STORE! I wanted to go back to this store to give them another chance to do better business with me. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE! The value of the games I traded in should have been at least $5. Instead it received only a $1 and some change. This store chain also bases what to give you based on popularity as far as games goes and if it's a rare title/release they will give you more. But if it's a sports game- don't bother buying it because they won't take it back on a trade in. These N64 games are DUDS and you should not buy them from any Exchange store because the trade in value on them is next to zero- Madden Football 64 Madden 99, 2000, 2001, 2002 NASCAR 99 and 2000 NHL Breakaway 98 and 99 NFL Quarterback Club 98, 99, 2000, 2001

I would avoid this location and buying an N64 games that are loose and out of the case because the N64 game stock of this store are games that are not in the best condition and are...

SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE, AVOID THIS LOCATION. Unless you enjoy bitter employees who abuse their customers with insults relating to their height and shout you out of the store with hostilities. I'm at a loss for words, I've never I'm my entire adult life had such a negative interaction at a retail store. I've been a regular at this location for a long time, spending well over $1,000 in purchases within the last 2-3 months alone. This is the second extremely negative interaction at this location in a row, with the same negligent and hostile employee. It's my belief that this man has worked there for quite some time but I've only recently been unfortunate come into contact with him. He has deliberately gone out of his way to verbally harass me throughout my purchase process and invade my personal space when attempting to view store merchandise. This is not a single occurance but now multiple spaced out over a period of weeks, where he has methodically ensured he is the individual employee in charge of "assisting" me and instead acted borderline violently in his reactions to customer questions relating to trade in values or possible like-for-like game swaps. Tossing trade in items back at me and daiseychaining communications through other employees at the front counter to specifically ostracize and avoid speaking with the very costumers he's ensured already had a negative experience. It's a truly shameful ordeal for any retail establishment to allow befallen a customer. Game exchange if you're reading this, fire that horribly unpleasant man and promote one of the many talented and diligent employees I've had interactions with prior to being lost...

Always been a very nice staff very helpful. The only discrepancy I have. Is I'm going to end up going back there this week after having to trade something into gas money in pocket money for the week. And what I had trade it in on eBay what's going on for $150. They gave me 25 bucks. Now if I go in there this week and see that up on the shelf for $150 or even $100 I'm going to kind of be upset. Because I've been coming here for more than a decade. Been a extremely loyal customer. And the ratio of what you get back in cash in trade in compared to what they resell it for it's always been hurtful. I just hope that this time it's not a complete smack in the face. Because it's one thing to be an honest person who just need some money to run on for the week. Somebody going up there and doing mischievous Behavior because of certain things. And I brought this company honest merchandise dial throughout the years they're completely innocent reasons like just having some pocket money for the week. So I'm really hoping and praying that when I go in there this coming up week I'm not completely insulted and upset. Because I love this store I really do and the staff is great. But I have made this place some good money over the years. It's one thing to go up there and to see that I'm reselling it for 4050 box making a hundred percent profit that's cool. If I go in there and see this thing going for 150 even a hundred and I got $25 out of it I'm going to be upset. I mean you couldn't have come off a 50-50 split thrown me 50 and sold it for a hundred fifty. I mean it's...
