I've been to this theater many times. In the audience, on stage, back stage, in the sound booth... Its a wonderful theater. A great stage, big auditorium. I've been to many community theaters around Cleveland, and only considering the building, it's got to be the best community theater in Cleveland.
Then you consider the level of productions and performances... And dang! You don't want to miss shows at this place. Highly recommend as both a fan of watching theater and as a performer.
The govt of Parma Heights somehow neglects this gem in their city, and they do so at their peril. The city leadership had a moment of inspired genius in the 70s when it built this place and surrounding park. Its places like this that give a town/city its culture and character, not the new [insert here] chain restaurant down the street. Would love to see investment in this place...

I visited the theatre for the first time recently and was very impressed with the humor in the play I saw, "Dearly Departed." The actors and actresses put on a nice Southern drawl and made the audience chuckle throughout the production. Read moreI went to see Hairspray at Cassidy a couple months ago. The cast did a PHENOMENAL job!! The acting, singing, dancing, all of it was top notch!!! The production was as good as the 2007 version of the movie.
I also saw Willy Wonka this past month. Wonka did an AMAZING job!!! The kids in the production were so cute and did a great job!
Do yourself a favor and go support this local theatre!! They put their heart and soul in to these productions...
