Dairy Queen — Attraction in Parma

Horrible management tonight went thru drive thru I ordered a small frost animal cookie blizzard with nooo extra frosting in it I repeated 2 times and then another time when she repeated the order, got my order and it had extra frosting in went inside and the manager ignored me the entire time had her back turned the entire time I stood in line & once I got to counter she went in the back… mind you i ordered 4 other ice cream treats ( now melting) all because she didn’t take care of me right away yes a busy night but there was plenty of staff! I work in a restaurant and if I see someone bringing a product back from drive thru I take care of them right away as a manager should I couldn’t even get a name cuz she had her back towards me to even see a name tag! Good thing she had good employees they were all pleasant and polite but I’m sorry she needs to take care of her guests and not hid in back room or have her back turned towards them.. so needlesss to say the rest of my ordered was melted by the time I got home! Sorry I don’t complain but that was just horrible...

I went through the drive-through today and was very rushed through the ordering process when there was noone behind me and no cars parked outside. The young lady at the window was very short and snotty and definitely didn't act like she wanted to be there at all. On top of all that, my order of a large chocolate shake wasn't even made correctly. It was pretty much and vanilla shake and had NO chocolate in it what-so-ever. I've went here before and this hasn't been a big deal but this definitely was the final straw. I will NEVER recommend this facility to an of my friends, family or even coworkers. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. The customer should NEVER feel rushed when ordering or getting their purchased items. We had been going to this Dairy Queen since the one in Seven Hills has been a disappointment and Sprague is hit or miss. The crew at the Ridge location tends to be much more friendly and our Blizzards are always nicely done and the food is never cold. We usually just swing through the drive thru and their staff is usually quite impressive with the timing. We've gone more frequently over the last month because of the nice weather and family birthdays and the quality of service here has been on a steady decline. The wait times have been tripled, even when the line isn't longer than usual. The Blizzards have been watery and sloppy most of the time and we've received cold food twice.
