I ordered KFC via doordash and got this location. My food was hot and arrived promptly. When I checked my receipt I was refunded $6. I wasn't sure why I received a refund/discount at first, but once I opened my order I realized 4 of the sauces I selected were missing. Instead I had 5 honey mustard. So after checking my emails I found out that they were temporarily out of the sauces I had asked for. I totally understand that covid is really throwing a wrench into every business's day to day practice and as a restaurant manager I personally have seen product shortages due to covid. But I really want to give a shout out to KFC. They still went the extra mile to comp me for what I didn't receive and then some( even though I didn't call or complain).Real classy move if you ask me! This location knows how to take care of a customer! Really appreciated the great customer service and I will now for sure, be a long term customer. Read moreDrive thru attendant seemed annoyed to help us. I know we rushed up before closing but that's no excuse to come across like that. We ordered the 8pc meal that comes with 2 sides, 4 Biscuits. We get home no two sides. We ordered a combo for a 5 pc with 2 biscuits and 2 sides. It was missing one piece and a biscuit. So needless to say their attitude was reflected in their service and did not pay attention to what was packed. I'm sure if it was their money or family they were feeding they'd also be mad. So not enought sides to share and missing meal combos items. Prices are to high these days for this. And of course now they are closed and we can not call back to correct it. Employees should be better trained on how to treat customers their attitudes are reflected in the service. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is if they can't pay attention to details. We stopped doing Uber eats and door dash from food establishments because of errors, so now go to the location. Our fault for doing drive thru. We are out money they still get the same...
Read moreOne of the worst fast food experiences I've had. I ordered the Extra Crispy and received Extra Soggy. Now, while my pickup time was not exactly "prime time" {4:00pm) I would have been happy to wait a few minutes for hot, fresh, EXTRA CRISPY chicken. However, seeing my pickup time was barely 3 minutes after I placed my online order, I should have known to expect chicken that had been sitting around for awhile. And although there were little blobs that I assumed to be wings...they were just a bit scary, as they appeared to be more mystery meat than wings. My final issue was the side size of the gravy. I ordered large sides of coleslaw and gravy, yet they were different sizes. (Photo attached)...and I paid more than $6 for the large side!
