Mr. Chicken — Restaurant in Parma

I had a long day at work. One of those really exausting, energy sapping days that when we all get off work, before you start up your car, you just sit there for about 20 seconds and contemplate your life. I had a hankering for some Mr. Chicken on the way home.

I pull up to this Mr Chicken, and it's packed. Kindof annoying until I notice how fast the line is moving, I can tell people are working hard, getting the job done.

I ordered the food that I wanted, and a cheerful happy voice coming from the drive through, tells me my total and asks me to pull up to the window, and I do.

The reason for this review is because one of your employees made my week, I believe her name is Abbie, she made everything' so simple, quick, and efficient, all with a smile on her face. I know how hard the fast food industry. I talked with her for a few seconds, and that's all the time it took to recognize that Abbie is definitely way more hardworking, strong, and capable than a lot of people out there, and I want to see her rewarded. I want there and ate me and my sister and we ordered our food we ordered drinks the young lady stuck her hand in the cup the pull apart and my sister told her I don't want that cup since you put your hands in and she caught an attitude she told her you handle money and you wipe your nose so you expect for me to drink out that cup you just did that with your hand and she caught an attitude the manager looked at us like you should drink out of anything you know she's a little short Chinese girl she just she didn't greet nobody hi welcome to mister chicken she was just let me how you order very dry and cold you know people like that work at a restaurant they don't they make you feel oh I won't come back to this one I'll go somewhere else to spend my money they need to have some kind of aptitude test or training to teach people how to greet the customers and how to open your mouth and talk she didn't seem like she understood anything we said if you Chinese Puerto Rican Spanish whatever you are you don't understand what a person say go get the manager understand that's what they need to do cuz it seemed like she had a very low IQ or she just...

I come to this restaurant every one in a while. I had my boyfriend order food and when he asked if they could make the chicken sandwich "Extra Crispy/Fresh" he was told at the intercom that they can't do it.

When he got to the window he asked can he get the sandwich fresh the young girl told him "she can't because the sandwich is already made and if they put the sandwich with stuff on it, it would mess up the grease".

We had to settle for less because the card was already swiped. The "sandwich + tenders was warm" and not fresh.

If you ask for a fresh sandwich at McDonald's or other restaurants they'd do it without excuses. I'm not sure what's going on here today.

All we wanted was fresh food but I don't think the woman taking the order understood. The way she said she can't make us fresh food" has me believing that their food either is pre-brought or just insisted on giving us old food.
