GUYS. BOOKMARK THIS. This is the biggest Target overstock outlet and it is A DREAM. I am overwhelmed. I need more money. @Krazy Bins

First and foremost, I don’t believe the owner of several stores understood what they signed up for!! And just a friendly reminder to the owner, it is imperative to treat any and all customers who spend their hard earned money with respect! Mind you… I had planned on visiting the store to extend my services; but based on previous reviews, I chose NOT to shop here based on the experience some have had with your business! There are “laws” and regulations that prohibit unfair, deceptive sales, and the right to safe environment. Perhaps the Ohio Attorney General needs to be informed of the economic damages! This review is far from “mere suspicion” but probable cause! This review is based on truth; NOT to intentionally mislead or harm the business! The only person who can harm your business is YOU, and how you treat consumers. You must understand that consumers have rights and your responsibility as an owner is to provide a friendly and fair service! That’s it! That’s all! (CSPA) enforces these regulations and there are (4) protected rights of consumers that need to be addressed! 1. a right to safety 2. a right to be informed 3. right to choose 4. a right to be heard. Chapter 1345 (ORC) A. No “supplier” shall commit an unfair or deceptive act in connection with a consumer transaction. “More importantly, it’s not just about rules and regulations, it’s about the way you respond to certain people of color.” You should be grateful for any business you receive from anyone who patronizes your store based on some of the responses. Not to mention: to go on social media such as “Facebook” and solicit 5 star reviews from regular customers shows you lack true and efficient customer service! Because if you provided great service you wouldn’t have to instruct consumers to rate you especially knowing that you are not playing fair with the people! I am attaching these reviews so that anyone reading this can see for themselves. I don’t have time to make false statements, however I do have time to tell the truth! MOST PEOPLE go into their careers/business with a true passion for the people, while SOME PEOPLE go into a business for the sole purpose of greed with no concern of how the people are treated! With all due respect, take into consideration of how would “you” want to be treated?! A word of advice whether you take it or not… I’d rather for the world to patronize my business and spend their money with me because I am good people and I am fair— verses losing money because I “feel” like I’m above the law; and had the means to start a business and someone else did not— so I can say and do as I please! That is not good business practice. And as you say in your responses (you have had enough) …. Well, that works both ways sir! In closing, I can only imagine how you’ve made people feel about their shopping experience in the neighborhood! And it will soon take the right people to put a stop to the foolishness that none of need right now! There’s way too much going on in this world right now for you to be ruining the peoples shopping experience— you don’t know what an individual has going on in their life for you to be so selfish and inconsiderate.

After walking in at 2 p.m. on Tuesday and seeing "Bins: $1.25" on the dry-erase board at the entrance, I spent two-and-a-half hours finding pillows, pillow cases, sheets and curtains (that could be folded into something comfy to lie on) for cats in shelters. I get to the register and I'm told bins are $3 and they'd posted "tomorrow's prices" on the dry-erase board. Again, I'd walked in at 2 o'clock, so one can only assume they're deliberately misleading people. Considering how much time and effort it takes to find nice things, this tactic probably works. As I left at 4:45, I told the girl at the register I'd be back at 10 a.m. Wednesday, when the store opened. I've worked retail. I get that Krazy Bins can't hold items for people who may not come back -- and a brusque chick who works there said this morning, "We don't hold things for people." Fine. But not one f_cking thing I'd taken the time to find was in those bins at 10 a.m. -- or in any of the vultures' carts I'd passed on my way out. Not...one. Kinda odd considering they'd sat in those bins for an entire week or longer up until 4:45 on Tuesday evening. So either the employees bought them themselves OR the greedy heathens put them in the full-price bins in the center for this weekend. Editing to address the store's reply: Why the hell would I pay $3 for items that would be $1.25 in a few hours? On behalf of the shelter cats you screwed with your greed: MERRY CHRISTMAS.

The fact that the new people who just started coming to the BINS goes to Noah and tell lies saying people cutting them is ridiculous and the fact he listens to what they’re saying is insane, I know a hand full of regulars who’s been going to that place for yrs including me, Who cares if they allow one or the other to sit in there car while the other waits in line who cares if they get back in line close to open time like so what who care people need to mind their business, like How is that cutting they been there since 8:30am 9:00am already waiting for the store to open at 10:00am it’s not against the law to do that nor is it a crime, when and who Announce that that was the store rules no one has never said that no one couldn’t do that, I’ll say this once they run the regulars away Nora sales I guarantee will go down because if it wasn’t for the regulars what’s the BINS with out them, so if he wanna cater to the new customers who come once a week to buy 3 items have at it cuz the people who have carts over flowing gonna start staying home us regulars spend to much money to be lied on and confronted Nora needs to check his cameras and see who’s lying it’s not fair the way they playing they hand, seems like a lot of privilege is going on……..

You got me mistaken for someone else I don’t come on Fridays check you Cash register history haven’t been in line on a Friday in yrs I been stop going to your store your nothing but a Racist who confronts Women I bet if they told you a man was cutting you wouldn’t dare walk up to them and say anything what a business man in his reviews not trying to resolve issues customer are having oh it’s because...

Good afternoon today 13/01/2024 16:50 I was at your store in Parma Ohio I was with my sisters. So what's the problem I walked around the store choosing what to buy I didn't touch things and didn't smash them on cameras you can watch it on your cameras then I went to the medicine shelf and picked up one jar to look at the inventory after immediately, your employee ran up to me, she didn't have a name badge on her and didn't introduce herself, and started screaming at me to put it back and that I had no right to take it in my hands, saying that I was a child, I put it back and I started looking for someone else who works in your store to ask where I can make a complaint, your supervisor came to me, she did not show me my name and badge, I told her the problem and showed my driver's license so that she could be sure of my age. When she saw him, she turned away, but then told me to leave the store if I didn't want to have problems. She walked with me to the exit, where the employee who shouted at me the first time was also there. She laughed at me and didn't say anything, then I went to my car, sat down and started the car, after which your supervisor came and took a photo of my license plate. I don't know why, but I didn't steal anything from your store or break any rules, you can watch everything on the cameras, but I was treated very inhumanely, I wanted to buy something from you, but they just kicked me out rudely, I hope you find out something about this situation and take measures....
