Chopsticks Express — Restaurant in Parma

SOOOOO, I had some of their wonton soup that was given to me by a coworker and enjoyed it. I decided to order my lunch online because I am having a horrible work day and knew I would not get anything to eat during my 12 hour shift. So the time of delivery through grub hub was between 9:10 and 9:20pm. Ok great, I can eat after my tasks are completed. 9:40, I give them a call being the weekend and it can get a little busy. The young lady informs me that the driver has yet to pick up my order and she would call the driver and give me a call back. She states that it said that the driver would be arriving shortly. I just got a phone call at 10:20p.m. stating that they are getting ready to close and the driver did not show up. I stated that I could get a ride to pick up my food and arrive before 10:40p.m. if they allowed me to because I had already paid. I was told by the young lady that the staff was already leaving out of the door which included the "manager with the keys." I am livid. My order was cancelled and I am still in my facility in which I supervise and just wanted lunch. If a call was placed earlier as promised, I could have found a way to pick up my dinner...no harm no foul and dealt with GRUB HUB. Nope, no car here, no dinner and a big inconvenience because now I have to stop work, find somewhere else that delivers and wait 30-40 mins just because of poor follow through customer service! It may not be a big deal because like you said "we are leaving out of the door now because WE got done early." Yeah, too bad for the nurse who is taking care of someone else's loved ones short staffed, with no break and just wanted a chance to have a meal in between putting someone else before her during her 12-14 hour shift. It is what it is I guess! You guys made your money tonight while I am making sure I look after...

Chopsticks is one of our favorite Chinese food restaurants now; great food, price and portions. Over a month ago I had ordered six entrees. My husbands was a large entree (3 meats). When he opened his up, he had less meat than my daughters who had one meat. I called gave my order number and was told I could come back up which my husband didn’t want to do. I was advised next time I ordered to just give our online order number and they would give us his for free. Ordered last night online. I called to ask how to do the free one and was told when I come to pick up the other food they would make it. I arrive, give my order number they had messed up and was asked who I spoke to when I had called. She didn’t give me a name and I advised of the whole conversation and instructions I was given. May, I guess the manager, said she couldn’t find any documentation of this and spent ten minutes looking for proof. I finally just told her forget it, just make it for me and I would pay for it. The other food I had ordered was getting cold sitting there while she worried about a $10 meal. I order there probably every 4-6 wks. Very disappointed in how I was made to feel like a was lieing She kept asking who I spoke with. I repeated what I was told. Your error became my fault. ...

I stopped in on a Monday evening, a half an hour before they close. Couple cars in front of me in line and a couple cars behind me. Get up to order, order the green crabzilla, and chicken teriyaki with fried rice. The young kid proceeds to tell me they’re completely out of rice for the night. Mind you over a huge majority of their menu includes rice. Not to mention, I drove farther to go to the Parma location since Middleburg Heights is closed on Mondays. Then the young kid proceeds to say, let me check hold on a moment. He comes back on the microphone and proceeds to tell me we have a little bit of rice left, but it may not be as much as you would normally get. And they proceeded to charge me full price for half the amount of food. Very unprofessional and I would like to know how many other these cars that are in front of me and behind me were ordering dishes with rice? And you would think making a little bit more rice for the night wouldn’t be such a task considering it’s one of the easiest things to make. Very...
