Dartmouth Village — Attraction in Parsippany-Troy Hills

We lived here only for a year. Apartment was large compared to others we had seen and great for just the 2 of us. Once we received our keys and moved in, we were on our own. The super NEVER answered the phone. We had an issue with the wifi wire being shoved down to the basement so we didn’t have wifi the weekend we moved in. Hot water cut out a few times in the winter and again the super never answered. Emails regarding getting in contact with the super would go unanswered. Emergency line? Never picks up. Maintenance requests? Don’t even bother. Unless you send them a pointy email, don’t expect for them to come and fix what you need done. The complex clearly stated in the lease, dogs were not allowed, yet multiple residents had dogs (none were service animals), so we were constantly almost stepping on dog feces and awoken by barking (we love dogs but don’t state it’s not allowed and not enforce the rule). Walls & floors are THIN, you can hear EVERYTHING. Multiple residents were taking up parking spots with cars that were disabled. If you get home past 9pm on a weeknight or weekend, expect to park somewhere else in the complex and walk to your apartment. Our upstairs neighbor was a professional upstairs neighbor; stomping around all day, dropping things, loud intimate sessions (yes really) screaming on the phone, slamming doors, etc. Considering, she would avoid us at all costs, we knew she was doing it purposely. Please do not rent apartment E18, if you do not want to deal with the woman upstairs. Please do your research before...

Highly recommended. Parsippany and Dartmouth society forms a right blend of perfect, safe and affordable location. This is close to major highway or public transportation, schools, shopping, banks, restaurant and what not…

I had a great experience during my 1 yr stay with Dartmouth Village. Very clean and quiet facility. Have never had a maintenance related issue, apartments are in excellent condition (spacious + hot water/heat included). Society\leasing office is very efficient, prompt in their work and supportive.

Hire somebody else at the property as property manager. This lady manager talks very rudely to people.

I am sure this lady will end up loosing your tenants.

This is not only incident. she did couple of times before also when my wife called pesticides. She is literally resist. This is the reason I gave 2 star(because of Jessica & Howard else I would given 0) for management.
