Park Lake Village — Attraction in Parsippany-Troy Hills

We’ve been living in Park Lake Village since 2004. Been happy all these years and plan to be here for a very long time. The people cares for each other. We keep our eyes open for anything unusual, such as strangers acting unusual, and report it to the main office who does a great job following up. It’s a well kept complex and maintenance is quick to respond, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. There are several laundry rooms that’s always locked, well lit and clean. Parking are spacious and NO pot hole!!! They constantly monitors for unknown parked vehicles and actually check with tenants if they know who it belongs to. Most people know for one another because most tenants been here for a long time. We check on each other, help is given when needed and we’re mostly friends or good acquaintances. Typical to see tenants walking within the complex early evening. The main office manager is wonderful, kind and friendly. A Great friendly place to live! As a tenant for many years, Park Lake Village has been nothing but exceptional for myself and my family. In the office, Alena and team have always been accommodating and made our experience living in this community a great one! Neighbors are very friendly and the community grounds are always kept clean. Maintenance has always been perfect and readily available whenever needed. Having friends and family living in different communities and explaining their experiences just makes me appreciate more the leadership in Park Lake Villages office. I lived at Park Lake Village for 2 years and it was the best place I ever rented at! Maintenance was always available to help with any problem I had within 1-2 business days and many times was available the same day! Any time I had a question I could ask the property manager who was very friendly and always helpful. The walls are not thin like people say, the only time I ever heard my neighbors was after they had a baby and I never even heard my other neighbors in 2 years!
