Landmark Furniture — Attraction in Pasadena

I placed an order today on 8/27 paid cash for the whole order. Was told my delievery would be today between 5-10 pm. I went home took out my whole living room furniture my whole bed room furniture excited to have my brand new sets. Here it is 10:15 pm I have not had any furniture delievered and not to mention all my old furniture someone already took from my front yard. I called the delievery drivers at 10 and they told me they had a delay same thing they told me at 9 when I called. Me and my husband are ederly what are we suppose to do?? Sleep on the floor!!!!!! And when you call the store at 950 and they tell you to call back in ten minutes. Well low and behold when you call back no answer!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and no a happy customer at all!!!!! This store should be shut down, same banner "going out of business has been up ever since the store opened. My daughter in law use to work at the family dollar right next door, the employee said they aren't going out of business they put the sign up to make people think they are getting these " great everything must go" sales. The employee also said they will stay at a location for so long then up and move to another location and pull the same schemes. But then again this was one of the 3 employee who got arrested for smoking pot outside the front doors of the establishment. They must not be that concerenced about there business and reputation. This is just a horrible place and y'all should be ashamed of your staff and this company. PS. you should tell your truck driver that when a customer calls asking where you are bc your already 5 hours late the wrong response to say is well you can go up to the store if you don't like it!!!!! Finally got to the house at 11 o clock at night then didn't even bring the whole set. The bedroom furtinure was all scratched up not to mention they promised it would be new items doesn't look new to me. The had the wrong coach on the truck last night so I have not received my living room...

Don't shop at Scammark, I mean Landmark Furniture, Pasadena. They will sell you floor models, telling you that they are selling you new furniture from the main warehouse.

We waited 3-weeks for everything to arrive from the main warehouse, but when it arrived it was all damaged. When we went in to confront them, after days of dodging my calls, my girlfriend noticed that only the floor models we had purchased were missing from the floor. We took before and after pictures and the unit in our home has the same sewing imperfection as the floor model had from the night we made our purchase. The whole store was in on it too. The salesperson, the manager, and the cashier. I talked to them several times about new furniture and they all lied to our faces.

We went back the next day when the manager was there, asking for our money back and they ordered us to leave the store and called the police on us when we did not. I wanted to talk to the police about the situation anyway, so I waited and they tried to intimidate us into leaving the whole time we waited for the police to show up.

Edit (07/13/19): Landmark Furniture Pasadena replied to my review today. The manager attempted to discredit my review by claiming that I cussed and threatened them. Rich was mad that I was talking about the situation loud enough for his customers to hear about everything, but no swearing took place. The threat is apparently me telling him that I was going to dispute the credit card charges and/or take him to civil court if he did not take his floor model furniture and refund my money. This is just silly. They also added that I was removed from the store by the same Police force that I was fired from and that should say enough, funny thing is that I have never worked with or for the Police, so I have no idea where that even came from. Landmark Furniture is trying to slander my name and discredit my review in the most asinine of ways, but then asks me to call them when I am ready to act like an adult?...

Worst place every got a living room set they brought the wrong then told me i had to pay 800 dlls for them to take them back they took it back brought me another one they mess up my credit they made me 2 contracts and I call to cancel the 1st one the 2nd I sign they papers in the location call to give my payment they said they didn't have anything call the store then they blame me of steeling the set when they brought them to me ask me to know sign another contract they had already taken 3 times the down payment when I was going to buy it cash now they say that I have to go fix it now at this moment I was working told them I would go on my day off because I get off at 10 pm everyday this people make mistakes and mess people up the people they have have no customer service don't know how to do the job never will go to this place I will public all my recording on Facebook have...
