
BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!!!
Back in mid October I ordered a CD changer for my truck. I also decided to add a bluetooth adapter as well. I left a cash deposit of $300 and was told it take about 1 week for change to arrive and when it did they would call me to schedule install. Well about 2 weeks went by and no call, I decide to go into shop to see what's going on. I was told by I believe Ron that it was on back order and will be another 2 weeks. Well months so by and still no call from them. I decided to check Amazon and I get changer delivered to my door in 1 day. I go back to this place tell them I got changer from Amazon, and I want my deposit back. I'm told I need to speak with the owner about refund. Then Ron tell me the changer is actually there in fact he has 2. But he can't authorize my refund. I come back once again and speak with who I assume is the owner and he basically blows me off and says come back in a week when sales guy Ron in there because he the owner has no idea what I'm talking about. Well this back and forth goes on for a while. With nothing happening. My situation got even worse when I accidentally washed my receipt after 7-8 months later. I decided to test my luck one more time , the owner told me he would check his records and get back to me 2 days, well it's been about another week and no calls EVER rom these guys, Seriously NOT 1 call EVER FROM THESE GUYS IN 8 MONTHS! So I guess I'm out $300 bucks because these guys won't give me back my deposit. I even asked for the changer but I can't even get what I paid for from these people. Funny thing is I was warned by a unhappy customer the day I bought changer not to do businesses with them because he could not get his money back either! I would give them negative stars if I could because their customer service sucks. Like I said I have NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK FROM THIS SHOP ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER WHICH WAS PLACED IN OCTOBER OF 2017! ITS MAY 2018 NOW AND I HAVE NOTHING! SO I'm telling everyone like I was told but did not listen don't fool around with these clowns. They don't deserve to have your business.....
I CAME IN SEVERAL TIMES WITH MY RECIPET. AND NO HELP WAS GIVEN.... I EVEN CAME IN AN PUT MY INFO INTO YOUR IPAD SYSTEM. RON EVEN TOLD ME THEY HAD 2 OF THE CHANGERS IN STOCK I ORDERED. YOU EXPECT ME TO BELEVE YOU MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR THE CHANGER BUT MAKE NO NOTE OF THE CUSTOMER IT WAS ORDERED FOR? B.S. YOU GUYS ARE JUST CROOKS. I SEE YOU HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT SEVERL TIMES FOR SIMILAR REASONS. I'M WILLING TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSING MY RECEIPT, BUT TO BE FAIR AFTER 6 MONTHS IN MY WALLET IT WAS FALLING APART. I'M A HONEST PERSON AND IN NO WAY AM ASKING FOR YOU TO JUST GIVE ME MONEY. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR, IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE CD CHANGER, GIVE MY $300 CASH DEPOSIT BACK! IN FACT I HAVE A BALANCE DUE OF $147.00. AT LEAST YOU WOULD THINK YOUR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE SOME RECORD OF ACCOUNTS...
Read moreEddy was having a stressful day when I came to his shop to pick up my car. Dealing with several upset customers including myself. He handled the situation and went above and beyond to make sure he changed my experience. I work in the service industry and I know how hard it is to deal with delays, mouthy customers, and overall stress (the pandemic has really impacted the service industry for the supply chain to how customers interact with workers). I communicated with Eddy throughout the day to get a status update on my car. He told me it would be ready at 6pm. I arrive at 5:30pm and realized my car had not been moved from the spot I left it that morning. As I arrive, Eddy is in the middle of dealing with another unhappy customer and things blew up. To make a long story short, when I confronted Eddy about how he treated me and the other gentleman, he apologized, immediately had his staff start to work on my vehicle, and he refunded me for the portion of the work that wasn't completed. We continued our conversation as I realized I was dealing with someone who simply was having a hard and stressful day. I've been there before and sometimes a listening ear and compassion goes a long way. Not only did he refund me, he gifted me with a new TV to install in my new van for my children to watch during long roadtrips, he installed it, and also completed the work that he didn't complete my first visit at no additional charge. While my initial experience with him was was not so great to say the least, he followed up with me several times in the following days and I'm ultimately pleased with the work...
Read moreThis company lost my original muffler pipes. First they contracted my car out to do the job. I was told it was around the corner. To find out later, they took it 6 miles away to Monrovia. I waited at their shop for over two hour’s for them to do the job. I was charged a deposit a few day’s before the job. Charged again the morning of the job and another time at the end. For pipe’s I was double charged easily. That’s not even my issue. I told them I wanted my original pipe’s back. Of course they said no problem. They didn’t bring them back with my car. I kept calling them for my originals. They kept having me call back. They asked me if I could go to the place that did the work, the very place they contracted my car to. I went because I wanted my pipe’s. I got there and the guy had some story as to why they lost them. I knew I couldn’t hold him responsible because my business is with Motorsport of Pasadena. This is how I found out that they took my car to Monrovia. So I knew I had to get back on the phone. The young woman that works there called me a liar when I called and was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Bottom line is they contracted my car out and they are responsible for my original pipe’s, not the muffler shop they contracted my car out to. All three of my transactions are to Motorsport, not the muffler shop. I keep being disrespected by this company for no reason. All I want is my original pipe’s back. They are responsible! I would NEVER do business with this so called company ever again and I would highly appreciate...
