I came in today to get 2 documents printed. I stood in line patiently for about 10 minutes, after which a few more customers arrived. My turn came and the cashier told me to email them the documents. So I quiclky sent the email which took less than 1 minute. I was still in line and another man was standing behind me. She let the other man go ahed of me after calling his name out, she had recieved his email. I didn't say a word. I just waited knowing she let him go ahead of me. He was done and again she let another person go, this time I asked if her manager was working and she said she didn't know where she was (at this time another worker was standing, working along side of her and said nothing. I let her know that I was in line first and the other customer who went ahead of me agreed. She said I needed to resend the email and continued to help him. I showed her proof that my email went through and then I re-sent the email using another address. A few minutes later she said that it was in the junk mail and that's the reason she didn't see it (most likely a very common problem). I ended up beind seen and asked for the manager again, who turned out to be the lady standing next to her the whole time. I asked the manager why she thought it was polite to let 3 customer in front of me when I had been there first. She said it was because they recieved the other customers' emails first. Read moreMy boyfriend and I just went in yesterday for some gaming headphones. After the purchase , we realized they were not the correct ones we needed, so we went back to the store to cancel the online order we placed. When we got inside Terron was at the service desk, and we went to him. When we approached him we explained our situation, and terron immediately was in a defensive mode and stated we had to wait until the headphones came in before refunding or exchanging anything. That was understandable and we didn’t argue that, but we still had additional questions, so my boyfriend asks him if when they come in would they he able to help us find the correct headphones we needed and Terron said said yes as long as we had the exact item we needed so he can look the item up, again he was speaking very rudely and aggressively toward my boyfriend. So my boyfriend asked him why he was being so rude when we were just trying to get information, and if he wasn’t being rude that just might be the way her carries himself on a regular basis. At that point Terron got very defensive and started saying how no he wasn’t being rude that he is just trying to help; at this point his whole tone changed. I can’t tell you how dissatisfied I am - I didn’t even get the help that was needed. I can’t believe the treatment we got. We walked out kinda just lost as to how we can fix this issue now? Read moreI will never shop nor purchase from office Max again.The day before the hurricane this store showed a power bank was in stock and the store was open. So I purchased this online not knowing neither one of these were true. As of the 14th of this month it says that if I do not pick up the item it will automatically be refunded of the 14th. Today is Tuesday the 16th and they are giving me a runaround about returning my money and most unhelpful. They are giving me 1-800 numbers to call instead of owning up to their part. They will not give me a refund which is 29.99 even if I come to their store. My money was not put back Sunday like it was made clear. Nor can I get the return at the store nor my money back. This is my first and last time ever purchasing through office Max and my advice to others to take caution as well. I've never had a store give me such a problem in returning my money when I have a receipt and order number. Saying there's nothing for them to do about my money it's out of their hands . Worst customer service I've experienced. Update as of the 19th today my money was never refunded and they still have the product trying to double dip and sell twice This store is located on Fairmont parkway Pasadena Texas .
