The rooms nice enough but the amenities are falsely advertised. There's a few pasties and individual plain oatmeal packets, coffee and hot cocoa packets. No butter. The pool area is dirty, lots of trash and debris around it. Night clerk is no where to he found. Anyone can walk in. Kinda scary. No security. I listened to a woman getting beat up by her man for two days over me. Sounded like a herd of elephants. Reported it to the morning clerk and asked her to come hear it. Said she'd be up but never came.
After an e-mail apology from whom at this hotel Ivdo not know. It wasn't signed nor with the employees' job title. Far as I know it was generated from a computer software program to consul me with software programming certain word key factors generate apology letter.
It wasn't personal or empathetic to a paying consumer's needs met way below quality standards at a customer's room rate of $111.00 per night having to literally leave one's room to escape the sounds of one's suffering agony at another's abuse for a day and two night's of a four night PD room rate that not only did it rattle my nerve's so, I left on day three even so fleeing neither bothered to request the fourth night refunded. I was too happy to not have to listen to that a moment longer. Go there if you want but I won't be returning. Sad too to justify there breakfast false advertising by sating they were undergoing renovations. That he the case you'd think upper level management would have covered that ground posting public apologies that during such dates or until further notice free breakfasts won't include ;&/or,_. But will presume regularity again on such and such date and give 10% or even 5% off regular room rates til renovations are complete and/ or post notices, Pardon or mess we're remodeling to better your stay next time until then please enjoy complimentary passes to the nearest bowling alley or movie passes to compensate the consumers costs. Well their management need not worry; not only was my stay unpleasant I feel no concern from upper management to their customer's comfort nor even honesty in their...
Read moreRoom smelled like dog pee as soon as we walked in, the pool was closed we had our kids who looked forward to swimming on our family vacation before they go back to school, we even packed extra clothes and stuff for them, and they couldn't be due to the pool being closed it looked like a swamp it was gross! On the website it clearly says there is a pool available but that is clearly a lie the sign in the lobby was hidden and you didn't know unless you went to the door that led to the pool that had a sign saying it was closed, they need to make it known online that the pool is out of service! Even the fitness center was closed! The elevator probably needs to be checked out some of the buttons were popped out and the door almost closed on my husband as he was walking through it, the door didn't even stop until it almost crushed him, there was a dog barking either next door or a few doors down from us that wouldn't stop barking even with it being 11/12 at night any little noise we made or did the dog would go off like crazy for 10 minutes. There are no vending machines on any of the upper levels you literally have to go to the lobby for snacks and beverages. No ice machines on any upper levels you have to go to main floor to get it. The parking lot looks like it has no lights on we made a comment to the front desk about it, but they said they were on just dimmed but compared to all the other hotels who had bright lighting outside when we pulled up it was dark we had to use our cell phones for lighting outside. Water pressure in the showers was pretty low so our showers took longer than they should have. The AC was on but in the middle of the night it would get hot for all of us and the room would be pretty stuffy my family wasn't...
Read moreWe checked in late last evening, (10/2) the young lady at the desk was very kind and she saw my husband is a diamond member with Wyndham and told us a late checkout was absolutely ok. Well this morning the young lady at the front desk was being rude and short when my husband spoke to her. Refused to contact the manager for us and wanted to argue. That type of service can damage a property! I’ve worked in customer service and hospitality for over 20yrs! From hotels to industrial supply, you are the one who sets the tone for your customers experience and opinion of your location!
We overlooked the issues in the room last night because the service had so far been friendly.
Our rooms ac was broken off the wall and has a weird air freshener strip in it. Cools by the bed only, the sitting room stays warm, no airflow or fan at all! Maybe put in a ceiling fan! The light in that hall between the sitting room and the bed has 2 different colored lights and flashes so unless you want to have a seizure, don’t use that light! The coffee maker lol has no tray to brew the coffee packs they give you, which if it’s the same coffee they serve downstairs then it’s low quality and bitter anyway. Bed is lumpy and the mix of rock hard and smooshed pillows made for a rough nights sleep. And I’m not sure what bit me but I woke up with a few bits on my right side and thigh. 🤷♀️ Definitely wasn’t worth the 110$ for the night. Definitely won’t be back here, And we’ve already made calls The Wyndham corporate and thee Rewards center. Customer service can make or break a place! Train the staff better! And when someone asks to speak to a manager you make that happen! There’s always a way to reach management.
Not sure why I can’t upload all the photos of...
