Giving this place a 2 star review because Ani is great, so if you choose to enter this place, ask for Ani. I've been coming here for about 4 years, never had a problem. A couple weeks ago, I came in for toner. While there, I decided to cut my hair short. The cut was perfect, just what I asked for. Unfortunately, this meant my highlights were pretty much gone on the back. The hairstylist asked if I wanted to even them out, I replied "yes, but I don't want too many highlights just even out". She argued with me on the toner; I tried to explain which one Ani had used in the past but she had her own thing in mind. She kept telling me my hair wasn't "fashion". She started doing my highlights and I immediately realized she had no idea what she was doing. She went rouge with the highlights. I asked her about it and her response was that it only looked like she was putting on a lot but that I had a lot of hair as base. I kept telling myself to just trust the process. The process was not at all what I asked for. The toner she used left me with a 90s blonde, chunky highlight, maybe this is what she felt "fashion" is. I asked her to please fix to correct toner. She took a good 15 minutes fidgeting with the toners, seemed like she knew she'd messed up. She proceeds to "fix" my hair, it looked awful. My hair was Several different colors, the highlights lines were harsh I could see orange where they began. Long story short I had to come back to get it fixed to something somewhat presentable. The owner was a nightmare, tried to gaslight me the entire time. She even charged me for the extra toner to fix my hair. While she did fix it, she was not kind or empathetic. Don't go here! From the moment I called, I knew this salon was special. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and reassuring, instantly making me feel like I was in good hands. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and even offered water, which set such a welcoming tone.

My hair was in terrible shape—tangled, fried, and in desperate need of care. But Luz, the stylist who worked on me, was incredible. She assured me everything would be okay, and I trusted her completely. She not only detangled my hair and brought it back to life but also added stunning magenta highlights that turned out absolutely amazing. The results exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling like a brand-new woman, full of confidence.

I visited Perfect Hair Salon on December 31 for a last-minute appointment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly nice and friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease.

I had previously struggled to find a salon that could transform my bleach blonde hair into a nice medium brown in just one appointment, but Perfect Hair Salon delivered fantastic results that exceeded my expectations. Their skill and expertise truly set them apart from other salons that had refused to take on the challenge.

It's a shame that I no longer live in LA, but I will definitely make a point to return for my hair services the next time I’m in town. Plus, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service I received.
