I'm from New Jersey, and traveled to California for work. Thai Thyme in Pasadena was the first restaurant I ate at after landing in CA and I really enjoyed it! The hostess was very friendly (I wish I got her name!) and gave me great suggestions. I ordered two appetizers, the Curry Puff and BBQ chicken. I got sticky rice to have with the BBQ chicken after the hostess laughed at me for suggesting that I was going to it eat it alone 😅. It was a great suggestion on her part. Everything tasted authentic. The food took some time to come out, but I could tell that it was because it was made fresh. However the hostess gave me some free soup, while I waited.
