The Indigo Collective — Attraction in Pasadena

I will never set foot in this place again! I called in Thursday to reserve a space for the Tea & Tarot with Toni for Saturday at 2pm. I was told by the young man that the group would be limited to 8 people. Upon arrival I was told my name & number were not written down and the list was at 12. I was not happy that my info was absent and that the list had gone to 12 making the event longer even if I had stayed. I told the gal working that I would simply make a private appointment and asked her to give Toni my info and I left.

I called today, Sunday and had asked if my info was given to Toni. The guy on the fun said tersely, " I heard about you." Well, he was only given some of the conversation and didn't even apologize for my info not being taken in the first place. I am assuming he is either the owner or manager, maybe both. In either case he was rude and could care less that I was inconvenienced by his staff not logging my info and the 'business' decision to expand the group from 8 to 12.

My entire day was planned around this event & I had very much been looking forward to meeting Toni and having the session. Since your staff member did not put down my info, that is wrong! Changing the group from a 8 to 12 is not what I was told. Instead of being rude, how about a little thoughtfulness for ruining my day.

So to the man who answered the phone and chose to be rude, I will let Karma deal with you!

I just read the owners reply, absolutely unbelievable. I did not "harass, bully, intimidate and threaten multiple members of our staff." I expressed my displeasure at the lack of customer service and your changing the parameter's of the reading and I left. I did not raise my voice or act in a rude manner. You sir, are a liar. I end up in odd places for reasons I just go with. Today I ended up here 45miles from my home to do energy healing/reading and buy a drum! It was not how my day had started or been planned out. I just ended up here. I entered the place and the energy was not bad but it was flowing in the wrong direction, so after I flowed with it for one lap of the store to read it, I ran into someone gave them a reading/readjusted some bad energy with their permission then I reversed the direction of the energy flow with permission, bought a drum which as soon as I picked it up I knew was mine for future healing circles, my friend with me who is also a healer quietly tuned the plants with a singing bowl, I apologize to the staff I didn't mean to step on feet, I really tried to be observant of your guys space but for what ever reason I was called there (from the beach area) by the person I gave the reading to (who I had never met). The white girl working in the store has really bad energy and was giving me the evil eye as the male hispanic staff member spoke to me. She even chimed in on a conversation we were having to tell him to tell a future featured guest not to use tape on the windows. Like that is the time to tell a coworker something that has nothing to do with the guest in your store, when they are mid conversation. The hispanic staff member had a calm energy but it was odd to hear him say they don't use paper when I asked for a paper receipt. He literally had just given me several pieces of paper with the properties of stones listed on them. Maybe it's a language issue and he just doesn't know how to use complete sentences. Sad to say I won't be returning. This place may not make it with the kids they have...
