We have been part of the Dogtopia family for over a year now, and we absolutely love them! Even though we live about 20 miles away, we happily make the trip because we trust Dogtopia to care for our dog with so much love and attention.
Recently, we upgraded to twice-a-week visits, and it has been a perfect fit with our new schedules. What we really appreciate is how Dogtopia continues to build trust with pet parents, even after a year through things like Pet Parent Conferences, crafts, and thoughtful updates on our dog’s care.
I love being welcomed with warmth every time we drop off, and it’s clear that every person knows my dog by name! I couldn’t help but read some of the other reviews here, and while some people have had different experiences, I truly believe Dogtopia does their best to remedy any situation that comes up. They said she is not behaving well so she has been the crate they told me she didn’t want give ball back !!!! And that she plays rough with other dogs my dog is 11 month old puppy.!!!!has energy! From experience working a doggy daycare there are suppose to correct n stop any play that’s to high energy ! There are suppose to be care attendants in each play area . Not just one person ! There small dogs play area looks beyond over crowded . He gym area is crowded and should be more room for that many dogs . 65 dollars a day to have my dog in crate all day they should be more professional about situations like mine and not lie about my dog being not in crate they didn’t like the fact that I called and why is again not on the camera ! I suggest people with puppies or playful dogs come here they don’t have enough...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia of East Pasadena. The staff is truly exceptional—attentive, genuinely passionate about dogs, and always in great spirits. My mini schnauzer Ziggy lights up whenever he meets them. Shoutout to Mikayla who goes above and beyond to make every pup feel loved and cared for. They host fun arts and crafts and adorable photo shoots, which are optional but definitely worth it! The weekly updates and app-based camera access give me total peace of mind, knowing my dog is in great hands. Highly recommend this daycare for any dog parent looking for a safe, engaging, and loving...
